Took my phone to fix charging port said it would take an hour to fix for $80. Two hours later i go get my phone while it's on service mode and all the did was try to get into my secure folder. Said they couldn't fix it but couldn't call me after an hour to tell me this. Took it to Walmart in Terrell the guy fixed the charge port added a battery and gave me a new back glass for $100. Also AT&T said my sim card tray doesn't go with my phone so Teck Shark exactly what it says they are Sharks.

Amazing customer service and excellent repairs. Couldn't have asked for a better price, was expecting hundreds of dollars, and was nowhere near. Communication was solid, time taken to repair was fast. Honestly 5 star service all around.

These guys are great. I took my iPhone to another place and the didn’t fix it right. Then I took it to sharktech and they fix it right. Definitely recommend these guys for all your phone repairs.

I don’t think I’ve ever met a person so RUDE. Well through the phone. They told me they couldn’t unlock my phone that my kids locked me out of without my Apple ID and password. I went to another place and they fixed if perfectly for only $50. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Hay! This is Denny and Lori. We would like to thank JJ for the outstanding work on our computer. We brought a Dell tower in that was 14 years old, and had a Burnt Mother board and Cost about 17 or 18 hundred dollars, back in the day in to have the hard drive Cloned to the new solid state drive on our New mini computer, and it was Great! Trusting and Hanna were Very helpful! This is The best service I think I have ever received.
