Within 6 months our price has risen over $100/Mo from what we originally agreed to. To be clear, this wasn’t an introductory rate this was supposed to go up, we’ve received 2 notices of price increases, and a new requirement for insurance (that can’t be waived if your items are covered by your own renters or home owners policy). Bait and switch pricing with storage facilities is common, and this is another facility that should be avoided at all cost.

This was everything I needed and more!
- they virtually approved me so I didn’t have to drive out over an hour and back to get my keys before my movers got to me
- they were quick and easy to work with
- storage unit was as described with a lock I purchased inside waiting for me!
- move in/move out process I didn’t even have to meet with anyone. They took care of everything for me!
Will definitely use them again if needed!!

Easy rental and ample enough space for what I was looking for. Staff is friendly and my visit took no more than 10 minutes, which included viewing the space. Absolutely loved it!

Great location (for our needs). The young lady who helped us (Gina) showed us around and got us hooked up with a storage unit quickly. She was very friendly, professional and helpful. Would recommend this location 100%!

If zero stars were a rating that is what they would get. I have been renting from right space storage for 2 years (a parking space and a storage unit. On November 21 i discovered my trailer stolen from this supposed "secure"facility. Gina the manager has been unhelpful, unconcerned and just generally nonchalant about my property that was stolen off of their facility. The least you could do for a customer who has been your tenet for 2 years is help figure out who stole my property off your facility. Evidently you aren't as secure as you think. I really think it was an inside job. I'm just saying. One way in and one way out with cameras in both directions. And you saw nothing? I'm pissed! It's been two weeks and nothing!
