Brad and Carl are so sweet at this location. Got a flat tire ( knew I needed new ones just waited too long) and helped me get everything I needed done. Changed my tire for me and ordered the tires I wanted! Highly recommend for anyone.

Had a flat on Sunday June 3rd and had no other options but here. Was told that they were not able to repair the tire so I had them put the spare on so I could have the tire replaced at the dealership. When I got home I noticed several large scratches on the rim and called back to speak with the manager Carl. He had me send pictures of the wheel and told me he would have it fixed. I took the wheel back to Carl and he supposedly had it fixed. When I got it back, it was painted the wrong color. After the rim being painted the wrong color for a 2nd time Carl told me I needed to leave my car with them so they could compare the rims. They finally got around to fixing the rim after keeping my car for a week. I got my car back on July 24th and it had a used tire on it and missing 2 lug nuts. At this point I contacted the Regional Manager and he was able to send me to the Mesquite location where Alex took very great care of us.

To begin with I had an appointment on Saturday 07/20 to have my wife's Cherokee serviced. While waiting to check in at the front desk I watched an Employee back another customer's truck into my vehicle. I told the manager that since the damage was minimal that I would not file a claim on their insurance. Decided to give them another chance this last weekend and made a 9:00 am Sunday 07/28 appointment to have my F 150 serviced. I dropped my truck off at 8:55. When I still had not heard from them at 12:30 I called to check on it and was put on hold. They left me on hold and eventually hung up on me, so I went up to the store to find that they had not even begun to start on my vehicle. The people at the desk said I was next in line. My truck sat there for nearly 4 hours without being touched and the excuse I was given was that they were running a little behind!!

Went in to get a tire patched due to a nail. Spent way more time then I would have liked in there. However, the manager, Carl was very attentive, polite, and made an emphasis to keep me updated regarding my vehicle, and he personally serviced it. Lobby needs a snack machine for those long waits.
