I had never had a bad experience with Metro until I came in and Luna was there. She is rude and unprofessional! Called corporate and filled a complaint! No reason to be rude and sarcastic when a customer comes in asking for help!

Monica helped me through my insurance claim for my daughters Metro by T-Mobile phone that I had bought from the store 2 years prior and was professional thorough and patient the entire time.

Ayden and Lawerence assisted with a recent upgrade. Although the company internet wasn’t working properly, Ayden handled my request and situation well. I also enjoyed interacting with the other employees as well.

Carina is the best! She walked around, showing me how much storage and speed each phone has. She made sure I got what I wanted, not what she wanted me to have. She is the sweetest and I will recommend everyone to go to this location.

My son and I like this location alot. We went in today and Daniella was extremely helpful and helped us with a problem we were having with our service. She was so nice and even saved us money on our monthly bill.

I love this location. We drive from Terrell to this location any time we need to go in store. Great customer service and always helpful.

These are scamers, be carefull. I purchesed 2 lines from them, when I arrived home and checked with metro customers service, they stated all is setup wrong and my montly is $110, not $60 as it was prommised. I specificly asked them the montly for both lines will be $60, every month, she checked and confirmed, Yes! they lie to you and do all posibole to scam you, bc as you know they are not real metro, they are just dealer so, be carefull walking in this place.

The service for the Forney area is very bad and has been for a very long time. I am now getting a house phone. There is no reasonable good cause for the time it's been.

Please don't waste your time with this store. The employees are incompetent an have ZERO customer service skills. They don't give you any information about the features on the phones and can't resolve simple issues. If you buy a phone that doesn't work and bring it back the SAME day they don't even realize that they shouldn't charge you another activation charge without you insisting that they call customer service or a manager. I don't have the time or space to type out all that went wrong at this location. Just don't go there!

Fair prices for fair cell phones. If you need one quick and don't want to spend big bucks, this is a good place. There operatives are friendly and helpful, but not for difficult problems. You must solve them yourself. Same thing years later.
