The location of the automotive center is in a extremely nice facility. However the young lady (Nancy) at the front desk doesn’t have the greatest customer service. She didn’t thank me after taking my payment and giving me my car keys. All she said is here you go. She didn’t seem that she wanted to be bothered at all. My estimated repairs were around $1,600.00, after receiving the service that I received I would rather pay my money to another automotive center that appears to value their customers.

This is an awesome family run auto repair business. I stopped by to get my car looked at as it was summertime and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. They performed a few basic services on my car (air filter & oil change) and gave me a clean bill of health.

I called to get a quote to remove and replace a fuel pump which I had my own fuel pump. I was quoted in writing a price for under $100 but i also needed a diagnostic to confirm it was actually the fuel pump so that made the price go up just a little more. When the mechanic confirmed it was actually the fuel pump he gave me a price of over $1500. I stated I have my own fuel pump which I acknowledged at the beginning. I was advised he does not use store bought parts. I just can't figure out why this was not disclosed from the beginning.
