Before you go here please read all of the reviews. They are good at what they do but will never own up to a mistake or take responsibility. Definitely go to somewhere else that has a backbone and will stand by their work

I’ve been a long time customer since I moved here in 2018. I brought 4 tires for them to mount and balance. They were quick and did a good job. This was on Saturday 9/7.
I took the car to work today 9/11 and I had not driven it since 9/7. Within a quarter mile my vehicle was shaking violently so I turned around and came home. I discovered that 2 lugnuts were missing on my front passenger side. When I called they said they have a video showing that the lugnuts were “tightened”. Lugnuts do not just come off on there own unless they were put on loose! I would not recommend or trust this place with your vehicle if you value customer service and trustworthiness.

Inflation right, well not here. I paid $900 less mounted and balance here than I paid for the exact tire mounted and balanced 2 years ago. Was referred here and won’t use another shop again for any of my tire needs!

They have the best customer service and are always super helpful. Even in this hot Texas weather they take the time to do the job right. I live in Dallas now and make sure to go out of my way to get any work on my tires done. Best tire shop around.

This place is amazing. I’ve used them for years, that quick air job, that must have patch, whatever. Today I hit a pothole leaving NF and was devastated as my tire went down. They told me the bright side was my wheel wasn’t damaged. I fussed and they said the tires are new. Why don’t you call where you bought them from. I called about the pothole first with no luck. I called where I bought the tires and I’ll pick up my new one Friday. This was the kicker on a gloomy day. AT NO COST!!!! I called him back to tell him the shop was amazing and I really appreciated them. I’ll be back I’m sure with these teenage drivers but I know they will take care of me. Thank you all so much!!!!

I called before I came , told him the make , model and tire size . I was told between 40/45 for a used tire. Get there , after putting the tire on I was told it was 54 dollars , I explained that is not what I was told over the phone , he asked well how much cash do you have I had 49 dollars and that’s what the guy in the office took. Such a rip off! I’ll ride to Mesquite before I go back to this place of business .

Best tire shop around!!!! Needed boat tires changed they had it in and out in 20 min. Nice folks with good prices??

Im rating a 1 due to the fact they don’t care about customer service. Pulled in no one came to help until I started walking up and the guys yells “what do you need!”. I responded with patch my tire, and another guy looked really dirty with a red hat says “I’m not patching no more tires I’m done for the day” and walks off to help another customer. The Mexican guy then takes my tire to patch it and I asked him if he could put the tire pressure sensor back on and he says it’s a $25 charge?? I’m like you have to take the tire off the rim and it’s right there why would it be an extra $25??? Fixed the tire but left it and I had to put it back in the trunk normally they would put it back in for you but I guess they didn’t want to do that for me. Never will I go there again I’ll continue taking my business to Forney Tire where the customer service is excellent and you feel valued.
