Went in for one common household item, air duster, and spent 15 minutes looking with no results. Went to ask the front desk and they were helpful and told me where I could supposedly find it but it was no where to be found anywhere around the location. What a giant waste of time for one single item.

Chet in the Home Decor department made our entire experience right after we originally ordered wrong type of blinds, he orchestrated the pickup and return of the old blinds cost free and helped us for an hour pick all specifics we wanted for our new blinds on our house. He is a valuable asset to the team

We needed info on a medical package that we missed delivery on and they said was sent there. They couldn't give us any info on it. Later that evening the great delivery person came back by to deliver the package.

Horrible customer service. We bought a washer and dryer on Sunday. The associate in appliances was very dry and not friendly. He checked us out, and that was that. Told us to expect a call on Monday letting us know what time to expect our appliances. Never received a call. Waited ALL DAY Tuesday for the appliances to FINALLY deliver around 6pm. Then we find out they left out the install kits we were supposed to receive. We went to the Lowes in our city because it was closer, only to be told we had to go back to where we purchased our appliances. We called the store hoping to solve the problem over the phone. We were asked to hold once, waited 10 minutes, and started to explain the problem only to be put on hold again for 35 minutes. We were able to drive from Mesquite Lowes to Forney Lowes before anyone picked up the phone. They still didn't pick up when we walked in. Allegey, they have multiple phones, and someone not at customer service picked up. Get to customer service explain the situation and they asked so you want a refund for the missing items? YES! Absolutely! Why would I want to pay you for items I had to purchase and then let you keep my money and items. After waiting for 20 minutes someone FINALLY came to do the return. Maybe if you took care of your customers, you wouldn't need the sign.

Stopped in to buy a new washer and dryer. Today’s the last day for the sales. I walked around and viewed each and every washer and dryer they had on the floor. No one was in the appliance department. I could not find anyone and no one ever came up to me the whole time I was there viewing all the washers and dryers. They were not busy. It’s 430 on a Wednesday afternoon and hardly anyone here in Lowe’s. I was very disappointed that there weren’t any employees around to help. I certainly wasn’t going to hunt someone down. Every time I come here to Lowe’s in Forney I’m always having to hunt a representative down.

Purchased a riding lawn mower online with assembly and scheduled delivery. I expect some movement on delivery times, but it changed four times up to and including the day of delivery. Frustrating to make arrangements to be available for a delivery and then be called the day of to be told the mower has to be assembled (*smh*) and won't show up for two more days.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! It has gone from bad to worse quickly. Placed an online order 3 weeks ago and still waiting for 2 of the 3 items in my order. First I was told they sold the grill I ordered. After getting an unassembled grill that I order to be assembled, they said they forgot to check the other 2 items and would let me know. Called customer service 1 week ago and was told a manager would call me within 24 hours. That was 7 days ago and no phone call. I called the store and had to hang up after they had me on hold for 45 minutes trying to get to figure out what is going on with my other items. After this is resolved, will never go to Lowe’s again. Home Depot will be our home improvement go to.

The absolute worst Lowe's in all of DFW. Need something delivered? Good luck ever actually getting it even thought you already paid for it and have a scheduled delivery date. Need an update on the delivery? Too bad, they don't care and will actually hang up on you mid conversation. AVOID THIS LOWES AT ALL COSTS

I went in to return a mini blind without a receipt. The blind was unused and wasn't cut. The cashier was new and didn't know how to do a return without a receipt. I told her that I only wanted store credit. The cashier politely asked someone for assistance. Another clerk came over to help but got called away by a customer. The first cashier and I were talking and waiting for some help. Along came Meagan. She came out with her chest flared out looking like she was going to impress the other workers. Meagan came over and told me that Lowes doesn't return items without a receipt. Her voice was hateful. I told her that I didn't want money back only store credit. Meagan in a hateful voice said, We don't return items without a receipt. I said since when? Meagan said " Since forever". I said " that's not true, I've returned items for store credit before." Meagan said " We don't return items without a receipt" I said when did this start.? Meagan said March 30. I asked to speak to a manager. Meagan said I'm acting manager for this evening. I asked to speak with her boss. She said no. Finally, she gave me an 800 number to call. There was a 30 minute wait time. Anyway, I had the worst customer service by this hateful Assistant manager. I would discourage anyone from shopping there at Lowes especially the one in Forney. . Home Depot has awesome customer service and better prices anyway.
