Worst Kroger! They don’t stay open til one and they shouldn’t even offer pickup! I’ve done pick up twice now and both times I’ve shown up and they told me it wasn’t ready. This time I put it in early and choose the latest pick up got there and they told me I need to come back tomorrow.

The Forney location is the most convenient location in relation to where I live and work. I prefer to do grocery pick up rather than shopping in store. Unfortunately, their curbside pick up is a joke and I will no longer be shopping Kroger. They consistently are behind on orders and when you finally get the order, it's wrong in some way or missing items. I have started scheduling pick up for an hour earlier than I need in hopes it will be ready when I get there. My most current order was supposed to be ready Friday, 07/26 at 4:30. It is now almost 3pm on Saturday and they said it would be at least another hour. Needless to say, I canceled the order.

BEWARE when coming into the store late, they’ll close at 12:50 - or whenever they feel like being done - not at 1 am. The *security* officer (NOT police) acts like a jackass towards customers and has really tarnished the environment that this store used to have.

Unfortunately, every single time( once a week) I visit this location there’s a problem when conducting self checkout. It doesn’t matter if I have one item or ten items my register always prompts for the clerk to come over( and it always takes forever). I scan every item correctly, but for some “ODD” reason I have to be cleared by the clerk before I can purchase and leave with my groceries. Very annoying

Ordering online is easy (though HEB from previous address is my favorite internet experience). No tips are needed. There's usually a $7 dollar delivery fee but currently they waive that if you spend $100 and have your groceries delivered T/W/Th. They website also shows you missed coupons when you go to check out online! They offer many vegetarian/vegan options. Whenever I go in person I always enter through the left side to avoid the AT&T sales people. I appreciate the gas member discounts.

Today I experienced the absolute worst customer service in thus store...They wouldn't cash my check and when I asked for a manager to come and explain the reason.No manager never came.I stood there 30 minutes and no one came to explain anything to me .One of the worker that had an a red vest I asked her to called to manager.She said OK but walked coffee from me I asked another employee and she immediately called for a manager. The lady faith the red vest came back .I said to her so you the manager and you just walked off ..she said yeah what is it...I explained what had happen and she said let me get the manager...Well he never came she went over to the first lady and said don't not cash her check we can't do it and he not coming to talk to you...Poor Customer service and a little bit of racism...

There’s not really much we can do about the price of everything, but the quality of produce and meat is so underwhelming. Either they look terrible/not fresh or there’s none to choose from. It’s annoying that everything has been moved around and the app aisles have not been updated… or the aisle descriptions themselves. Have me walking around the store looking clueless all the time. The self checkout is aggravating, but luckily a good handful of the workers are polite and make up for the poor atmosphere of the store. I can’t wait til a different grocery store is built in town

If you want to eat healthy don’t shop here. My russet potatoes were soft, and green. Had to throw them out. My $30 fruit tray rotted in less than 48 hours, my strawberries are covered in mold and it’s been less than 2 days. I have a very nice new fridge. This is ridiculous.

Just bought these and had to throw a large portion of them away because of the mold and rot. Irony of the slogan on the receipt "fresh for everyone" do better kroger.

Produce is usually far from fresh, expired items still on shelves, dirty, run-down restrooms, and grocery pick-up takes days to fulfill resulting in me just having to cancel and get my groceries elsewhere.
