Do not order from this company. I put in an order for flowers on Mother's Day (sun). Then realized they are closed on that day, and wouldn't be delivered til monday. That wasn't going to work for me, so I quickly called and left a voicemail to cancel the order. The next morning I continued to call, left multiple voicemails, and even sent an email to verify my order being cancelled. Kim did not contact me until almost 4 pm to let me know that they're closed on Sundays (which I already knew, which is why I tried to cancel). And that the flowers were delivered, even though I tried to get in contact with her multiple times 24 hours before that delivery to cancel the order. She said in order to get a refund, I'd have to return the flowers (that we didn't want in the first place). Unfortunately we couldn't due to me being at work. Poor business practice, she cheated me out of money. I hope she feels good taking money from new parents just getting on their feet. I don't recommend going here for flowers.

The worst arrangement ever! There is no vase but there is a cylinder glassware that is meant for fish. I am so mad that someone would spend money on this monstrosity! Horrible! They threw leftovers together and thought I wouldn't notice. Just sad.

Kim’s Flowers did an amazing job on flowers I had purchased for my wife. I will definitely be purchasing from her in the future. The owner is extremely honest and runs a great business. The owner went above and beyond when there was a slight issue with my order. Because of this, I will be coming back to their business. Make sure to contact them if you need flowers for any occasion.

Kim’s flowers were perfect. Be advised. You will probably get them after 3pm on delivery day. I would advise to call ahead of delivery day to confirm your order. They use an online order system that allows for oversight.I ordered a balloon with the flowers, and it got overlooked. However, Kim offered to make it right. The flowers were so nice that a balloon would have probably been overkill anyway. Thanks Kim for doing a great job. Stuff happens and all you can do is try to make it right.

I Live and work in Los Angeles. Every month I try and get to Forney to see my 10 year old daughter.She just had her Birthday and I was unable to fly because of a health issue.I called Kim at the flower shop and explained I would like flowers and balloons delivered.The entire experience was above and beyond.I was sad I had to miss my daughters bday and Kim helped make it special anyways. The flowers were truly the nicest Roses we had ever seen.Thank you again Kim and I’ll be using her and her flower shop for many years to come?.

Kim’s did a wonderful job on a birthday arrangement for me. I ordered it online last night and it was delivered by lunchtime today. Very easy process and a good value for what I paid. I will certainly be back in the future.

I needed a quick same day delivery of sympathy flowers, for a work colleague in the Forney area. I worked directly with Kim who was not only extremely professional, but more importantly, so kind and caring!We were very pleased with the product and the delivery time. Thank you again, Kim!

Amazing flowers and even better customer service!! My husband ordered me an arrangement for valentines day and it ended up wilting within less than a day (these things happen, esp during busy times of year! No fault to Kim) he reached out and they immediately responded and replaced the arrangement no questions asked. I can confidently say these are some of the most gorgeous flowers I have ever gotten and they definitely have a repeat customer in our household ❤️

What was delivered was not what was shown on the website. The website didn't offer any specific details so I called the shop and was told the wagon would be 15 or 16 inches tall and 16 inches long. She didn't specify that she was including the length of the handle otherwise the wagon itself is pretty small. The bouquet looked a lot bigger and fuller in the picture online however in person it is tiny and definitely expensive ($84.99) for how many flowers are actually in the bouquet and it's size in general, again not what was shown online. I gave them a 1 star because it was delivered to the correct address on time however she charged a $14 delivery fee even though it was local. I assumed it was an up charge because in my mind the bouquet was going to be very large otherwise I wouldn't have ordered from here had I known what I was actually sending to my friend who just had a baby. We will never be using this shop again.

My parents ordered me flowers for my birthday, they said delivered but arrived 10 days later. Also wrong flowers were received. Leaving two stars because the flowers we did get are beautiful!

May 4th 2022 my husband ordered flowers for his mom for mother's day. He received an email May 5th stating they had been delivered. He called mom and she did not receive any flowers. Called the front desk of senior living center and no flowes had been delivered. I called tried to call them with no answer just voicemail. My husband called them twice both times leaving a voicemail message asking for a return call. WELL NO RETURN CALL OR OFFER TO CORRECT THEIR DRIVERS MISTAKE. BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH NO RESPONSE OR RETURN CALL.

Husband ordered flowers for his mom for mother's day. Company sent email saying the flowers were delivered.. WRONG they were not delivered. The delivery person didn't even call mom or my husband when they were on the way to deliver the arrangement. My husband tried calling the company three times and no response. He left voicemail message and again no response. DON'T ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE A POOR DELIVERY SERVICE!!! WE JUST WAISTED $60 DOLLARS because this company KIM'S CREATIONS FLOWERS in FORNEY does not return calls if you have a problem!!!

What was delivered does not look like the reference picture on the website. Picture on website had pine cones and little birds on twigs--what was delivered did not have these details. Picture did not have baby's breath--what was delivered was covered in baby's breath. The pic on the website shows big full flowers--what was delivered were 3 full flowers and the rest are buds. The picture shows 3 white roses, red carnations, and white carnations. There were no white carnations. Instead, the spots where the white carnations should have been where filled in with baby's breath. And, I even paid extra for the deluxe!
