I’ve only been here a couple times and have never had a problem until my third visit! My dress is ruined.
Update: I received a call asking more about this experience and I was offered not only a credit, but an offer to replace the dress.

I called to get a quote for table linens - by far the most reasonable price! I took some suit jackets and dresses in. The people were kind & quick. Definitely will be using them again when I need something dry cleaned!
