I went in today, and my package was 55lbs or less. The people at this location told me that they had a 55lb limit and wouldn't ship it for that reason. They also admitted that their FedEx location accepted a carpet before that weighed more than my package, that they just never sent or shipped. Basically, they will accept your packages just if they decide to or not, regardless of FedEx's policies. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

They are great for a quick drop off. Please note though that it means you need to have your label and your package/envelope ready to just drop off. This location does not have any of the mailers, tape, or ability to print labels or papers.
