They've gotten so lazy up here that they put bars on the carts so they don't have to collect them from outside so I didn't realize and the cart stopped abruptly making me jam my wrists and the cart hit me in the stomach and the cashier laughed at me this store may always have good deals but the place is always looking like they released a hoard of toddlers and let them destroy the place but it really pissed me off that I had to carry my purchases out to the car when you're supposed to be able to take the carts out I always bring my cart back in for them but since they did this I might have to rethink this being my primary place to buy my drinks and last minute items as I have bad joints and I need to lean on something or I might fall them forcing us to carry all our groceries out by hand is messed up and likely to get your stuff taken by someone else when you have to take multiple trips so I'm likely to not use this store as my primary go to for drinks snacks and last minute things me and my family need

To the management. I just visited the store just now. We politely asked the man for the thing that we couldnt find. The just looked at us. Please teach your staff how to be polite to customers.

Like that this store in in the neighborhood but one thing that they do need more cashier and more workers for faster check out of customer.

If I could do 0 stars- I would better yet if I could take away one of the 3.5 stars they do have. 20 people in line. Not safe for employees first of all. Not great for inventory control ( theft). This is normal- but I need to come and shop. Inwas hoping I could add a photo.

Location is in a great spot near the neighborhood i live in however as i previously mentioned in my google reviews of Travis ranch there is a lot of criminal looking people one guy walked into this store in underwear and this place used to be always closed due to robbery

Under new and better management. Deliveries are put on the shelves the same day now, instead of sitting in the aisles. Lines move relatively fast. Items are restocked every week and employees are friendly.

I walked in and none of the 3 workers acknowledged me. They just kept on cussing about their men while one was snacking while chatting. The manager that hired these workers needs to be fired.

This store is dirty and went without air conditioning. It was often closed because of a lack of staffing. Some people blantanly steal out of the store. Staff is very unprofessional with one person talking in the phone negatively about the store, while he was ringing up customers. This store needs to be closed down.

They have expired items on the shelves, so check the expiration date before purchasing. Oh and don't use the self-checkout if you want your money back on returns.... they only give gift cards if you use the self-checkout. Last time shopping at this dirty Dollar General.
