Bought a bag of ice, walked outside there was no ice, went back in and a different cashier told me we are our out of ice. Then maybe not charge your customers for what u don't have in-stock and then fight with the customer over a refund for what they just paid for.
Absolutely the worst service we have ever had especially when the cashier that just rang me up 2 mins earlier was standing right there and never once opened her mouth.
Your store is the worst we have visited in at least 2 years, plus a worker with her dog in the store and had her husband or boyfriend wondering behind the counter smoking

We visited Dollar General on 1641 this afternoon. Kim was the person to cash us out. She has a wonderful sense of humor. It is so refreshing to shop at a store that is clean, well laid out and employs delightful staff. Thank you Kim for brightening my day!

Staff at night had a horrible attitude . Was rushing me out the store when i had more than 10 min . Didn’t even wanna let me in at first and I desperately needed bottles for my baby .

You would think they would know how to hit the answer button on the phones. I called for half an hour straight to try and settle an issue and no one picked up. Just flat out ignored it. Every. Single. Time. And I've witnessed the ignore the phones multiple times while I'm in the store. The people working here make the store worthless to stop at or deal with, in any way.
