Do not shop here, they will charge you and never deliver your product. I have called, emailed, left messages and sent texts and received nothing. After reading reviews of this company from other sites, I see it is a scam. Stay away!

Thanks Clint (and DFW Furniture) for the great customer service! We received a new table and chair set, but found 2 of the chairs had cracks in the wood. No questions asked, DFW Furniture sent 2 replacements promptly (covering shipping). Our set now looks complete and wonderful in our new kitchen. Thanks!

I was hesitant to purchase a counter height dining room table (Steve Silver Napa Counter height dining table) from here. But after noticing they were on Google Maps I gave it a try. And I am glad I did! Even though my order on their website was in the "processing" status the whole time, I got my dining table in 7 days! It was Jul 4th nonetheless and still received it Jul 11, 2022. The deliver and representative from Forward Air who called me were professional and respectful. The package was packed securely that I was sure that it never fell over or got damaged during the process (see picture). It also looked like the table came from Steve Silver directly so I'm unsure if other items will be packaged and delivered the same way.I haven't open the package to look at the table yet since this pallet was 250 lb and I'll require some help to assemble. I'll follow up with a product review after.Update Nov 2022:The dining table was put together in Sept and I have to say, it looks spectacular. No nicks of any kind, the instructions were easy to understand. Since this table includes 2 leaves, the 2 ends can slide open. But for shipping there was a piece of wood with screws holding the 2 ends together to prevent it from opening. As a result I received a beautiful table for my dining area.

I search and shop heavily online for furniture. I ran into DFW while searching out a Steve Silver furniture item. DFW blew the competition away. I had never heard of DFW, so I took a calculated risk and placed an order. There was prompt, courteous, and informative communication from their sales desk before, during, and after the entire transaction. When I did receive my order, there was some minor damage due to handling during transit. Without hesitation, DFW customer service stepped up and made it right quickly, resolving the issue well beyond my expectations. This is the stuff that great companies are made of!
