Dr.Williams is the best! My babies have been seeing her since we moved to Forney. I always get same week appointments, she’s priced very reasonable and she’s very knowledgeable and honest. I’ve never felt like I’m being sold anything or like we have gotten a transactional visit with her or her team. Dr.Williams and her team know who my babies are as soon as they walk in and love on them I’m sure as much as we do.

Within this last year they have tripled the prices of all their shots I can no longer even afford to give my dog their allergy medication they charge more than any hospital charges humans for their medication $72 for a shot $91 for a bottle of pills for 30 days just for allergy medication it shows you how much they really care about pets being treated cuz I know dang well their prices that they're charged for the manufacturers did not triple...

My pet's care has been fine up until now. I had my cat vaccinated against rabies in October and requested a certificate of vaccination because I am moving internationally and would like to import my cat into that country. I have had to go back twice already make sure the vaccine certificate is properly filled out. This vet never scanned my cat for a microchip in the year that I have seen them for multiple visits (checkup included). I had to tell them that the microchip number is required on the certificate for it to be valid. They even have a space for microchip number on their form that they just never bothered to fill out. Then the front desk filled out the microchip number incorrectly when I very clearly provided it over the phone. All of this could have been easily avoided had they just implemented the common practice of scanning microchips of all animals at their intake appointment. This would also help with properly identifying owners of lost/stolen animals. I am not having my cat quarantined in a foreign country due to front desk negligence and lack of due diligence. Vets and their employees should know what information is required for a vaccine certificate.
