As a woman, it’s hard trusting a mechanic shop, but here I felt very comfortable with both the receptionist, Edith, who made me feel very welcome and the mechanic, who seemed very knowledgeable. I went in for an alignment and oil change, but was given further information on other things recommended to fix on my Jeep for the near future without feeling pressured. I happen to be in the area for work and will definitely be coming back for future car repairs and maintenance despite the 40min drive from my house.

Amazing customer service! Everybody was so kind and nice and were able to answer all my questions, and the explained thoroughly.
Their diagnostic was so thorough and complete, they made me aware of issues I didn’t know my car had.
They also have a service of dropping you off and picking you up when your car is being fixed!

I had a check engine light for both lean fuel bay 2 and catalytic converter bay 2, the first place I went to wanted to start with the converters and work their way forward, which would have been a few thousand dollars. Christian Brothers did a diagnostic and inspection and found my breather box was cracked, found that both engine bays were lean, and started there, and, at least so far, it’s resolved all the codes, for a few hundred dollars. Great service, great attitudes from everyone I talked to.

My daughter’s VW beetle had 4 dash lights come on, so we booked an appointment and went to Christian Brothers Forney, TX. Upon arrival, they priced a diagnostic check of $273 per system and went to explain that the number of lights will require at least 4 diagnostic checks ($1,100). This was the “starting point” and would help us determine the problem. I tried to ask for options or ways to reduce a basic diagnostic test, but they said “that’s how much it cost”.
I decided to go to a competitor ~ 1 mile away to get another price/option. They completed the diagnostic review, installed a new part and the dash lights were off in less than 2 hrs at a total cost of $300.
Be aware of the GREED at Christian Brothers and avoid at all costs.

They tried to rip me off. I dont mind paying labor costs as there is no way around it. What I take offense to is charging double the retail price of parts. I chose not to have them fix my car after finding out the part I ended up buying from a Honda dealership was $306 with tax. Yall wanted $650 before tax for the part alone. Another part was $450 at Autozone for their more expensive one, and yall wanted $850 for the part.

Your mission says it all. Love your neighbor as yourself. So much love, transparency, integrity, professionalism, and the complements go on… what else can I say. Take your vehicle there and Christian brothers will take care of the rest. Most recommended. My only issue is that I was late in knowing about this awesome people. My Kia’s air stopped working and I took it to Christian Brothers and they got on it IMMEDIATELY. Mr Nickson was so kind and helpful. He made this experience for me so easy and I’m so thankful for him and the whole team giving my kids ac during this heat. This team saved us. They didn’t up charge, didn’t sell me things I didn’t need and helped me save as much as I can. For a single mom this means the world. Thank you all again for such great customer service. Customer for life!
