The walmart of banks. Chase is one of the worst banks, every 2 years I open a checking account with them just to get a free 300$. This bank is trash, that's why I take your 300$ and leave losers.

Terrible customer service at this branch. I catch an attitude every time I come here to deposit cash. I’ll be pulling my money out and taking my business elsewhere

Walked in to see about a temporary card, until mines arrived in the mail. The two workers, was in the front, standing next to me, just talking amongst themselves, they didn’t greet or say anything. Until I walked towards them, the white lady, still didn’t speak, only the big guy. Anyways, I asked them do they have any temporary cards, he stated no. We only do digit wallet, I said okay and left. But, the customer service at the location is very trash!! They needs to train their employees better!

Chase Bank's customer service fell far below expectations. The long wait times and lack of expertise from representatives were incredibly frustrating. Their indifference and lack of attentiveness left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I cannot recommend Chase Bank to those who value prompt and efficient customer service.

I like Chase but this branch is just not well run. It is extremely busy always, there is always a long line for a teller which most people need. They insist on trying to make people use the kiosk which no one uses. And always have one or two people in the front directing you to a kiosk. Those people should be working a tellers not directing people to a kiosk they do t want to use. They closed the front part of the branch and put in a kiosk or two and if you want a teller you stand in a long line down a hallway for the drive tellers to service you. It is the worst experience ever. The staff is nice but clearly overwhelmed all the time. They need new management in the branch to make experience way less frustrating for customers which clearly shows from the review. I been with Chase a long time but I require teller assist because of my business and I think it's about time to move. They clearly don't care about the customer experience but being told each time I go in I'm sorry for the long wait is just not cutting it. Again no complaints about the staff they are overworked and understaffed but very nice. The branch needs a proactive manager to address the issue.

Very helpful. I came in last minute and they were able to answer all of my questions, helping me to schedule an appointment and instructing me on how to expidite service for my next visit!

This has to be the absolute worst Chase branch in the DFW area. ATMs are never fully functional. Lobby was late to open because one of the indoor ATMs was also broken. They have absolutely zero consideration for peoples time. Time to change banks.

Never one to logon and complain- but goodness gracious my experience with this location and Chase bank as a whole was horrendous. My husband and I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 on Wednesday and were told to get there earlier because of the tasks we needed to complete. We arrived at 4pm and sat in the lobby until nearly 4:50 (they close at 5) until finally a representative that we weren’t scheduled with offered to help us (no one had said anything to us about our appointment being pushed back, etc during the 50 minute time frame) we got nothing accomplished within the 10 minute time frame (which is to be expected.)Chase had put a hold on a check I had deposited into my account and wanted to “verify my identity” to which I brought two forms of acceptable ID to get the situation rectified- plus the number to the individual who wrote the check (my grandmother!) we were then told that we would have to return the following day at 9 a.m (since the branch was closing at 5) to fix the situation. We came back at 9 the following day to find out my account had been closed due to possible “fraudulent activity” and were then told there was nothing we/they could do about it.. and that if I wanted to create another account I’d have to open a checking account with a $5 monthly charge… I’ve never even heard of such a thing. A total waste of time and not to mention gas money! Very safe to say I will never bank with Chase again.

This Chase Bank no longer allows customers access to the restrooms. This is just sad. They have my money and make money off my accounts.Where is the respect and courtesy to their customers.

I don't normally post these but I have to say my first experience with Chase was not a good one. My wife had opened a checking account with them as we just moved here and were going to transfer the funds from our main account to here. She was able to open the account online easily enough but to add me to the account we HAD to go into a branch to do it. So we go into this branch and are asked if we made an appointment (since when do you have to make an appointment to talk to somebody about an account?) and when we said no, the person explained that we could wait to see if somebody didn't make their appointment and take their spot or make an appointment for another day.I asked why we had to talk to somebody to add me to the account and the answer was that they needed to check my ID and make sure who I was?? I asked if one of the tellers could do it and was told they don't have the authorization to do it.So we can setup an account 100% online and not have any interaction with the bank and that is ok, but if you want to add somebody to that same account you have to talk to a specific person? All I can say is we will be closing our account and taking our business elsewhere and if giving 0 stars was an option, you can bet that's what I would have done.
