The staff here is terrific and knowledgeable. They were just bought out by Walgreens pharmacy services but have kept the same awesome staff. Let's support them!

After dealing with supply problems in Dallas county and pharmacists willing to lie about received shipments just to get me to populate the store they could be found in I found what I needed here. Thank you Chelsy I may actually sleep tonight.

1st I want to state today I started Instacart as a shopper. I am usually a Shipt, but I have lived most of the shoppers I get. the service for my Verizon phone only barely worked at the front. had to go outside complete ly 2xs. I don't know where their WiFi comes from area wise in the building. I would recommend (as my real job is tech support) getting this fixed. if you hide the wifi router the signal which only goes out like a set about of space(looks like umbrella). many things interfere with wifi: metal, mirrors, radio frequencies, building materials, etc.. get this fixed or no one will be happy because the app can't function. lol most people don't know what all interferes. some extenders can be added, but no provide can guarantee wifi because if this. SO just FYI, because delivery helps so many people who are unable. it would make y'all stand out and get prob many new clients. Now for my actual review, sorry lol I wanted to help y'all thrive. I would like to say the young man that was in the front doing the carts (I am SO sorry I forgot your name) about 10:30 AM was absolutely amazing! He really tried to help me. I loved that even the lady who was behind the deli counter next to the front door also offered up help finding items. Super super sweet employee's you got! the cashier was quick, Google pay is the only op I have to pay with since hard card is in the mail. BUT real quick he realized the issue, for help and a nice young lady finished helping me pay at the window instead. I told them do to ask the connectivity issues I prob won't be back, but thanked them just the same. I hope it gets fixed. it would be worth it to drive there as long as next time I don't spend 30 mins trying to connect and apply the items. lol just wanted to give a shout out. 1 older guy stocking meat in the back, I asked if he knew where his Brookshire sausage were and he said, "I don't know I got a lot to in box." lol cute! I totally would have done any lifting, but when I decided to give him sometime and get the other item when I walked away I heard some one ask if he was ready for break. Once I got the other of the 6 items finally loading at the front, I went back and the man and car was gone.. I was like noooooooo! lol but worked it out with the client, and with another helper. I bet that other guy had been on since early, so not mad. I really like these people and the area..despite construction. ;)

Julie in Deli was so kind and helpful when I called her to see if they had any premade meals left for Christmas. A friend had lost her husband and I just wanted to make sure the family had food for Christmas Day. Honestly I had called some other local grocery stores and one I was basically cut off to let me know they weren’t taking any more orders the other one I guess didn’t even want to bother answering. Julie was so kind, she has no idea hearing her voice helped me so much last night. I will be doing my shopping from brookshires and plan to share how thoughtful brookshires was to me with my friends.

I called my mom's prescription in a week ago. As I never receive a call informing us that prescriptions are ready I went to pick them up two days later. They weren't ready. I said okay I'll be back tomorrow. I went to pick them up two days later. They still weren't ready. I was then informed that they needed to order the prescribed drugs. Seriously? It's been a week and the prescription hasn't been ordered?! In the meantime my mom is out of her medication and has been for days. The employees at the Brookshire's Pharmacy in Forney are incompetent. I had also asked for three or four pills to hold her over. I know most pharmacies will do that with important medications. I was told no. This medication is for high blood pressure. I explained that she was completely out and again was told no. These incompetent employees don't care who they harm.

I just want to Thank Amy for going over and above to help me with my RX. I was called in a medication that was 100.00 for a small bottle for an eye infection. I called when it was ready to ask for cost, she replied "let me see if I can get you a coupon, I will call you back". in the meantime I called my Dr office to see if there was anything else that could be called in, Amy had already called the office to see if they had a coupon, which they did not. Amy had the Dr change it to a generic RX and I cost it covered. Again a BIG Thank You for going over and above for me.
