We’ve been to this store 3 times in less than 30 minutes because they can’t seem to give us the correct equipment for my car. I need rotors for my car and they’ve given me the wrong size twice. They are very rude and careless. Terrible.

I had a dead battery and the young man that helped me was great. He was so polite and kept answering yes m 'am and no m 'am. I thought wow what a nice kid and he is learning some valuable things working at Auto Zone. He put my new battery on quickly and I was on my way. He mentioned that he will be a senior in high school this year but I forgot to get his name. My receipt shows CSR#7. Kudos to his parents for raising a nice young man!

There is a worker absolutely treating people differently here. I reported to his manager i hope he take action. He check car code for one white guy and he says it's broken for me and i knew he is laying because I'm seen in my own ice he is printed the result to the other guy. When i tried to ask to his co werker or maybe his boss he runs out and told me let me check it . He didn't even plug it he said the same thing. I told him let me do it my self the proper way or let me ask someone to do it for me, he really scared me that i know him and he said don't say anything let me do it and I notified to his coworker what happened to me. I hope he takes the proper way to him .

Needed a new battery. Jesus installed for me. Was done in a timely manner and in the almost 100 degree temperature. Have made other small purchases at the Forney location. Everyone always helpful.

Walked in today to get a shorter socket to remove my oil filter (our socket was too tall) and we are using an oil extractor pump to change the oil. Both younger guys (employees) looked at me like I was nuts when I told them what we were doing and asked them for help. Nor did they seem to care - no one else at the counter and they weren’t going to step around to help. My husband went over to the sockets and they were out of 32mm so we walked next door to O’Reillys. The employee there took me straight to the oil change sockets (not the regular ones) and helped us pick out a shorter ratchet to fit in the area Chevrolet allows. I came back to show the guys what I needed so they would know for the next customer like me and they just stared at me. My advice: skip this Auto Zone and head next door to O’Reillys.

Great Customer Service! Sad but hard to find nowadays. Marcus B. Is a true asset to the auto zone in Forney TX he takes pride in what he does and authentically makes you feel like he is there to help you. I will continue to give this location my business and recommend to my neighbors and friends! Customer service that Marcus B. Provides is rapidly becoming hard to find! Thank you Auto Zone. But most importantly thank you Marcus keep up the great work!

My car's alternator went out and I managed to make it to this store's parking lot before it died completely. While I had to get a mobile mechanic to replace the alternator, employees at this store were very helpful. Three different employees at different times came out and checked the battery for us before, during, and after the repair, at no charge to us. I appreciate the wonderful service!
