Lady that works there is really nice, hate to leave this review, but the tamales we got were probably the last ones made from the batch and were super thin likely hardly any chicken and had sooooo much cumin seasoning. They weren’t good. I wish they wouldn’t put the last batch of tamales to sell. They were not good. Very disappointing.

Cute gift shop! Bought a rattler for my 5 month old. I've also tried every flavor of tamales and I gotta say, they are the best I've had since moving to Texas. Salsa options are awesome as well!!

I have been here twice. The little store (which looks like a house) has clothing a wallets ect... Very cute gift shop. I bought a Mason jar of chili and it is amazing! I wanted to try the taco truck out front but it was close so I decided to wait till I could try the tacos before leaving a review. But i gotta say the tacos were amazing especially for the area! So five stars for me! Hope the word spreads about this place!. Oh and the gift shop sells the best tamales I've had since I moved to texas!

Love this place, great authentic Mexican clothes, accessories, kitch, and plants. The outside offerings of food trucks and such is awesome too! Oh and the raspa (snowcone) place is off the chain!

within mi ranchito farmers market. Everyone was so friendly! There’s sno cones, a cafe, elote stand, tamales, home made salsa, and of course the gift shop and so much more. Hope to get to stop by again soon

This place actually has 2 names, the "Alejandra's Gift Shop" is technically the inside of the home that sells Mexican dresses, shirts, shoes, hats, jewelry, etc. and they are only open on Saturday & Sunday 10-4. I've more often seen the food part of the place referenced as Alejandra's, but technically, all of the food is under the name "Mi Ranchito Farmers Market" and it is open Friday - Sunday 10-4. The farmers market is set up in front of the house, with a pavilion for buying tamales, jarred salsa and jellies, a food truck with elotes, another pavilon with produce, plants, and honey, and a final pavilion that has garden decoration items like chimeneas and metal/ceramic cacti, chickens and flowers. I had the elotes and tamales, all were great! They had chicken, pork and cheese with jalapeno. My favorite was the chicken. They have a Facebook page with lots of pictures of the clothes & jewelry that they sell: And for the farmers market here:
