The same worker at night keeps closing the car wash giving a dumb excuse. It happens only when he’s there. Working in the day broken at night. lazy employee would be easier to just leave it open. It’s not raining it’s not windy no reason it should be closed.

There are ethnic people aggressively panhandling outside of this store. I understand You can only do so much but it makes me not want to come here.

At 11:23 pm a couple days ago. I stopped to pick up a door dash order. While I grabbed the order, I got a cup of ice for some chewable water. I left the store (not knowing I had to pay for literal water). Got in my car when I was about to leave to drop off the order. One of the employees ran (not an exaggerating) at my car in the middle of the night. This was terrifying seeing as the employee was a man, and i am a woman. I rolled down the window about an inch to see what he wanted. He then yelled at me about the extra cup. He wouldn't leave until I got out of the car and paid the, like 50 cents. I'm not here to justify my "theft" but to make light of how terrifying it was.

Don't ever go to this gas station. There's an older man there that constantly overcharges or double charges. I got a drink one night, and he charged me for the slurpee instead of the drink. I know he did it on purpose because when he does stuff like that, he always has a nasty smirk on his face. It wasn't his first time doing it. On another occasion, he charged me for two drinks. I've overseen other women get overcharged by him, and he tries to argue and deny, instead of fixing the situation. Terrible customer service.

Come here to pickup up order the skinny guy is rude and abusive never get the order for doordash u need to close your 7 now delivery if u cannot provide orders or get better staff

If I could give a zero i would but they are lucky they got a 1.
Selling gas when most of their gas pumps are at faulty complained but only got a rude response. Out of 10 pumps only 4 are working but in these 4 some of them are not pumping gas at all and one of them the pump wouldn't stopped pumping the gasoline just kept spilling gas all over the floor.
Very bad customer service from the lady on the counter. With more new gas stations in the area this is my last time.

I ordered through the app for pick-up, but when we went to the store, the employee wouldn’t give it to us! He accused me of doing something to the app, which I have no idea what he was talking about, but continued to not give me the order. When I told him to give me the order or refund me, he told me to never come back. I called customer service, & they tried speaking to him but he refused to get on the phone. The customer service representative gave me a refund & apologized. She didn’t understand what the store employee’s problem was either! The customer representative also gave me store credit to make up for the store employee’s behavior. It was the craziest interaction! Horrible store customer service!!!! The other 2 employees just stood there clueless. UPDATE: I've already been in contact with 7-11 customer service several times. They've been great; it's the store's manager with the behavior issue - speak to him.

The absolute worse customer service experience ever!! Never enough cashiers and some lady is always acting like she's baking or doing something instead of attending to customers!!!
