Zero recommended, I arrived, signed up on a list and they told me that the waiting time was 1:30 to 2 hours, to which they told me that in the meantime I could go eat or do something else and when it was my turn they would call me, 4 hours passed and I dialed to see what had happened to which they replied that they had tried to contact me which was not true, I did not have any missed calls from them and they still call me a liar saying that I had deleted their calls. my phone when I told them I was bringing my phone to show them the call history, at the end of the day they told me that if I wanted to go I had to sign up again on the waiting list when they were the ones who told me to go eat at what was my turn, think carefully before going to them or if you need the contact of someone else, I will gladly give it to you. Don't waste your money or time on these people!!!!!

They give a really bad service. If your not doing any paperwork with them they will not do any notary work for you that’s un professional.

For everything they tell you you have to wait and then they want to charge you for their mistakes
Apart from paying for their service, trust them so that they give you excuses and extra charges.

When you screw up something so basic as someone’s name you probably shouldn’t be doing anyones taxes. And what’s worst is they refused to mend their errors and tried to brush it off. I’d give them no stars if it was possible.

The totally screwed up my taxes and my wife's taxes. I will never use olivia's tax service again. It's not the owners fault it's the workers whom don't take time to hear you on questions you have and they rush through the process and don't help the customers on if they qualify for and help or credits.

Documents and paperwork from out of state which I payed to acquire were faxed to their office... notified the office ahead of time, and was made clear, they would be picked up the very next day. Once on site of the business I was told that they had been thrown out, because the documents had been sitting there for some time.. less than 24 hrs
