I bought a washer and dryer set and they delivered it, not even 24hrs later , it was not spinning or draining and the dry didn’t dry! They did replace it after a week but exactly two weeks later , the “new” washer began to have some complications… the ppl came out & said they fixed the problem however a day after they “fixed” the problem, I put a small load of towels in the washer and as I came to make sure everything was ok, 6screws were lying on the floor…. Because it’s clearly been over a month , there wasn’t anything they could do to help me!!!Wouldn’t recommend ??

I am in love with my bedroom set! It came with everything including all the decor that I saw on Offerup. The girls that work there are very friendly and helpful. I was able to finance it all so easy and still got a great deal. Will definitely be back.

Vanessa was very helpful, financing was easy, they have several options. You get to pick your payment dates which helps me. I’m very pleased with my furniture & have family that also bought a set from them.

We bought a bedroom suit and it is beautiful! The owner was very helpful and did exactly what she said they would do, and, explained the cost and installation in detail. We will shop at this store again!

I have been to Furniture Frenzy before....I took a friend of mine and told her they would take good care of her and which they did she bought a living room set at an excellent price and said she will be back to purchase a bed...The manager ....Mary was Awesome and went out of her way to help us....we will definitely be back....
