Fort Worth Lighting installed our lights when house was being built. Had two LED lights go out after a few months, gentlemen that came out was super friendly and helpful. Took time to show me how to change these types of lights in the future. Highly recommend Fort Worth Lighting.

The store is an excellent place to buy all your lighting. Jared came by this morning to replace a glass on the bathroom fixture. Took him 10 minutes plus he was here earlier than planned which was great!!

Loved being able to connect with Fort Worth Lighting through our builder. This place has great options, salesman Anthony Deleon was so helpful on many levels and quick to correct any issues we encountered between Fort Worth Lighting and our builder.Since installation customer service has been top notch and responsive. Alfredo came out to service our fans and really took the time to ensure we were satisfied with his work and that problems were addressed. I would/will definitely recommend Fort Worth Lighting.

We have done business with Fort Worth Lightning several times. They are so professional and treat you like family. Alfredo came to our house today to replace a light for us. He called when he was on his way and was on time. He was professional took his time and did the job correctly the first time. We so appreciate him treating our home with the respect he showed. He wore shoe covering so he would not track in dirt and cleaned his work area before he left. I can’t recommend them enough. Such a great company with wonderful staff.

Great selections/inventory of lighting and fans…as well as awesome customer service. We had them install all of our new lighting and fan package in our new build. Spoke to Tony about two fans that were making some noise and they came out, evaluated the issue and replaced both fans. Highly recommend!

Great selection and fantastic service support. Ricardo has been so helpful fixing some of the manufacturer defects we experienced. The sales staff was super helpful during the lighting selection process through our builder. Missing one star for product defects.

We built our home a few years ago and used Fort Worth Lighting for all our fixtures and lighting throughout the house. They were excellent to work with and their customer service was top notch! Could not be more pleased with our experience!

Initially when my husband and I walked into the store, we wanted to rate FWL with a 1 star. No acknowledgment when we arrived, not even eye contact. We wanted to change out our indoor and outdoor lighting, so to know that we were going to spend a good amount of money, we expected some form of greeting.... But La Ron changed everything around when he took the time to finally speak to my husband and helped us from the start of our project to the end. We couldn't be any happier with La Ron's service and expertise. Our house looks amazing! Thank you La Ron for your commitment to service! Our family truly appreciates you!
