If there were an option for zero stars, that’s what this store should get now. I have been coming to this store numerous times over the year always receiving the best customer service and has always had a great staff, all up until my visit today. Unfortunately I was shocked at how extremely rude both employees professionalism were towards me instantly. As soon as I entered into the location neither one of them greeted me, both at the front register with no other customers checking out, and I had to make my presence know just for them to even look up in my direction. The moment they noticed me both gave me extremely rude facial expressions, and reluctantly proceeded to ask for an application and asked if they were looking for new hires, this of course made me feel uncomfortable after the unwelcoming first greeting. As I expected, I was given a very quick and unprofessional negative response “NO” and that was it! I wasn’t even offered a future time to come back and check, nor was I even offered an application for them to have for later in case they needed someone for the future, as in most company policies, applications are always accepted. Not to mention had I been there actually shopping, my visit would have probably been unpleasant because they more than likely wouldn’t have even offered me any help or suggestions on products or pricing. Any other time I’ve been there the guys that worked there always were extremely helpful and always polite and made me feel comfortable shopping around without any awkward feeling as this store is generally very quiet. I probably will never go back now and I was actually wanting to work there because of how much I liked the store before! Those women should not be there if that’s how they treat customers especially other women because it’s most of their customer base!

I’m a dancer and struggle to find the cute box set outfits and omg this store has the best ones out of any other store nearby and the staff is super sweet helpful and funny. If you haven’t gone before I definitely recommend <3

they won't let women in to shop unless they leave their purse at the cash register. they can watch people on multiple cameras but perhaps they are too lazy and just want to chat. they lost customers today. hope they go broke!

Purchased a $80 toy that NEVER worked called within a few days even though i paid with credit card and was told nothing could be done. Also the b word hung up in my face. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY do not recommend! And i have NEVER left a review anywhere! That’s how disappointing this experience was

We went in last night close to midnight Selena helped us she was amazing she walked around with us, answered every question we had she was amazing. She didn't make us feel bad when things were out of budget just showed alternatives that were more cost friendly. She let us feel everything and brought out testers. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else she's amazing definitely deserves a raise or reward something.

This is a great adult toy store with a fantastic movie section unlike their competitors. Clean store and well lit. Not sure I'd want to visit after dark just because of the location but the daylight hours are fine. Prices are a little high but they are still in line with all the other stores around.

Can into the location to purchase a rose. I was advised by salesman to buy another item because it sounds more like what I was looking for. I got the item home and was not happy with it. I tried to bring the item back to the store and I was refused a refund or trade. I asked if the item company would replace it and I was told it was a store owned item and the toy had to be defective. I SPENT $70ON SOMETHING I DID WANT AND WILL NEVER USE.

I went in yesterday with my husband and our friend we had the best service! I believe the lady helping us was a lady named Leeann she made us feel very comfortable and we laughed the entire time we were there. Will definitely be back soon.
