“I took both of my Vehicles to DJ at Go Auto Hail Repair, He was one of the most professional people I have ever worked with regarding any type of repair service. He was not the fastest person, but His attention to detail and care he in making sure my cars came back to me looking better than new were worth the extra time. I really appreciated that he kept me in constant contact as he went along to ensure he took care of every major and minor dent, as well as many other small areas that were not related to the Hail damage. I can’t say enough about DJ and his work, other Hail companies should follow his lead. After the major Hailstorm that hit my neighborhood, so many wannabe Hail Repair companies were leaving their cards, and a few of my neighbors mistakenly hired them, only to have their cars returned too fast and dents that were not done completely. “It's never easy dealing with damage from another driver crashing into you. I had to wrestle with the other driver's insurance company for a couple of months to get what was owed to me. Fortunately the easy part was getting my truck repaired. I'm really glad I called First Choice. As soon as I was ready they got my truck in immeditely. We both knew right off the bat that there were going to be supplements needed from the insurance company. They really estimated the minimum. First Choice had no problems communicating with the insurance company and getting approvals for the total amount needed to repair my truck in full. And even with the Thanksgiving holiday in the middle of all this, they got the approvals, parts, and all repairs done very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with the time I was without my truck, especially with some of the stories I've heard lately of long repair times. First Choice did great for me.
