Horrible, bad attitude, disregard for repeat customers, ghetto hood and hurt you while doing your hands and get an attitude if you saying something, I will be on YouTube and purchasing the full kit from Amazon. We patronize their businesses, make them rich and still get no respect. I learned my lesson never again. I will be treated with respect, where I spend my money!!

They rush when doing your toes and nails. They only care about the customers not walking out because its only three of them working. My nails have dents in them, and they shake while doing your hands and feet because they are rushing. The "them" are the two ladies, and both of them shake. I cheated on my nail tech and didn't get my monies worth. I will never go back. The polish on my nails is ugly, and the application of the acrylic is terrible. I will not be returning.

I've been there 2 times and I've waited 30 or more for a service and now it's my turn and you tell me I have to wait for someone to arrive who has an appointment. You just have to say how long you have to wait and it depends on if one stays or goes

I came here once on my lunch break to get my nails done. It was a Wednesday I believe and there was no wait so I got seated right away. First impressions, the place was easy to find with plenty of parking. The inside was clean and smell like you expect a nail salon to be. The lady taking care of me got to work and there was very minimum talking, just what color ,shape etc. She was careful not to nick me with the drill, she paid attention to detail and often at nails salons they always rush these things. It took close to an hour to get my nails done and I had asked for nail dip. What they gave me was not nail dip, they got my nails prep and use a gel and then they painted my nails with nail polish. The nails came out pretty and the right shape but the color and intensity were not there. I prefer nail dip because the layers of the color build up and is less fussy compare to the other methods, in my opinion. Overall it was not bad but next time I would emphasis I want the nail dip.

3 strikes, I’m out! The first time I sensed an attitude but then it turned out okay. Second time, they were doing a rush job on my feet. Third time, came back for a fill in. The lady had an attitude because I wasn’t sure of what color I wanted. Also, when you ask them to fix things (like straighten the crooked nail that’s on my finger before you start applying the acrylic power) they talk about you in their language! It’s not complaining, it’s the customer wanting satisfaction for what they want and are paying for. I received poor customer service from them and I will NEVER step foot in there again!Services: Acrylic nails

Bad Bad Bad Customer Service ???I walk in this business to get a pedicure and the lady told me to pick a color..When I went to the back to pick a color..She denied me of doing the service..Because of my heel of my foot..Sad but true..Runnnnnnnnnn far from this place..They don’t deserve black folks business…They normally just charge extra are something like that?I will be making them famous on all platforms..Stop doing business with these mfs??

The lady did my pedicure quickly. Then she had the worst attitude. I was going to give her a cash tip but after I was done she said you not giving me a tip and I did your bad feet? I was so shocked I was about to give her cash she was sooo rude and unprofessional over a couple of dollars.Service: Pedicure

I didn’t catch the young ladies name who did my nails but she’s the first nail tech soon as you walk in! I showed her a picture of what I wanted she was a little skeptical of attempting the design. Buttttt when I say she perfected exactly what I wanted and let’s not forget you can’t beat their prices!!!Services: Foot massages
