6/30 around 1130 Went to get front rotors for my wife's vehicle. Guy at the register didn't seem very interested, but he said he grabbed the rotors I needed, I purchased and went on my way. I get to the mechanic and he tells me I have rear rotors. Man, how difficult is it to do your job?

This morning I woke up to a dead battery, I ran down to the Autozone in Forest Hill and had the BEST experience. Several employees greeted me and were very helpful, I have bought batteries, car parts etc. from Autozone for years. The friendliest people work there, especially the manager David Hughes and Curtis Sykes. They absolutely made my day, Curtis installed my battery in a jiffy and I was on my way. Such a great experience and I highly recommend this store to everyone. Thanks guys.

I bought a filter for my diesel truck from this store, but I received the wrong filter. When I returned to the store to change it, they informed me that the filter did not match the information on the purchase receipt. As a result, I only received a credit for about $50 less than what I actually paid for the filter. After the employee processes the credit, she give me the wrong receipt, and when I told her that the receipt didn't match the transaction, she got upset and looked for the correct one. And if that were not enough, having to endure the rude attitude of the employee! Therefore, it is essential to verify the part numbers on the receipt and the parts to avoid inconvenience, anger and financial loss.

Took two different batteries to be recharged left them an entire day came back and was told they were bad batteries so i bought a third one, turned around and took the same "bad" batteries to O'reilly's right next door turns out they were both good batteries
