We had our first home remodel project early 2024 and I was very nervous about picking the right contractor. We made a GREAT decision going with William French, Gary and his team exceeded expectations.

My husband and I had our small guest bathroom remodeled in the summer of 2023 and had a good experience working with Gary and Miguel at William French. I'm very pleased with how the bathroom turned out and the attention to detail. The estimate was very fair and there were no surprises when it came time for the final payment. Most importantly to me, the work is high quality and any concerns or questions I had were answered and addressed. I'm looking forward to working with them again when we are ready to remodel our master bathroom.

My husband and I love our shower remodel. Gary and Shauna helped us envision design ideas, even allowing me to adjust the plan in the middle of the project. They both have a great sense of design, and we appreciated their help in choosing the tiles and flooring to incorporate with our existing bathroom. Miguel did most of the work and is an incredible craftsman with a great attention to detail. They were not the cheapest option, but the quality of their work and superb customer service made it more than worth the cost. Gary Jackson and his team of professionals completely remodeled our Master Bathroom in Flower Mound. It looks absolutely amazing! Gary has a keen eye and he provided us with design suggestions with items on his extensive show floor, other companies wanted to charge us design fees, but Gary did not. We had William French install a new shower with frameless glass and porcelain tile to the ceiling. They installed a beautiful free standing tub with tub filler and hand crafted a bench next to the tub. They installed new texture on our walls and beautifully painted them along with our cabinets and doors. They moved electrical outlets and installed 3 big mirrors above the vanity. The porcelain tile floor they installed looks immaculate with tons of attention to detail throughout the entire project. They always cleaned up and paid my home with the utmost respect. Gary's pricing is right on track and very fair. I will be using Gary Jackson to remodel our kitchen and to install new flooring throughout the house in the near future. I can't recommend them enough. William French is as good as it gets, I highly recommend!Services: Water fixture installation

After meeting Gary in person I feel completely comfortable with his expertise and work ethic. I have not picked a contractor until I get all my bids in but would not at all hesitate to pick William French for a remodel.

Once again, William French helped us bring our remodel design come to life. First it was our kitchen and living room, this time it was our master bathroom. Gary's initial cost estimate for our project was once again very accurate, and only varied due to add-ons that we requested. Miguel, who completed the work, was very meticulous and a joy to work with! Despite a longer than anticipated completion timeline due to delays in material availability for windows (experienced by all this spring), we are so happy with our new bathroom!

I am thankful for the great reviews because it highly influenced our decision to move forward with William French on our kitchen remodel. The owner Gary is an amazing person to work with on remodels. He has a wonderful showroom for picking out the materials, and that was really helpful for my wife and me because this was our first remodel.

Joe Norris and Gary Jackson were great to work with to remodel and design our Kitchen and Laundry room. Custom Cabinets, new flooring, extensive interior painting, new trim and electrical work. They installed new Kitchen and Laundry appliances. LED lights were installed in the cabinets and ceilings. They were in constant communications via phone and text messaging. From demo to having a working kitchen took approximately 6 weeks. They provide advice when asked about products, designs, and other improvements to the house. Their team of trade professionals were some of nicest people we have ever worked with on home improvement projects. I would highly recommend.

William French Home Improvements just completed a complete laundry room and kitchen remodel for us. Gary Jackson and Joe Norris exceeded any expectations we had going into this extensive remodel by the way they communicated with us as well as the quality of work. From the day of demo to the day we had a functioning kitchen and laundry room was only 6 weeks. Gary and Joe guided us on the design process and made great suggestions on the materials.The granite sources were a source of inspiration as well giving practical advise on what products to use. The team of trade professionals were a joy to work with. Joe and Gary were in constant contact with us either by text, phone, and the many in person visits to inspect the quality of work that was being done. I highly recommend William French Home Improvements.

3/20/2020 We have just completed the transformation in our bathroom from tub to walk-in shower and a single sink vanity to a double sink vanity.
We are very pleased with the quality of service and workmanship of WFHI. Gary was very patient and professional working with us to make our project one in which we would be very pleased and Miguel's workmanship, cleanliness during construction and dedication to staying on timelines was awesome.

I can’t say how pleased I am with my new remodeled bathroom. Gary Jackson was awesome to work with. He spent a lot of time working with me to pick out tile for the new shower. He was always professional and responded very quickly to any emails, texts, or phone calls. His team came everyday on time and worked until the job was done. They never left a mess and didn’t interfere with any activity going on with my family. His cost is reasonable and fair and I will not think twice about calling him again for my next remodel ing job.

Gary Jackson just completed a kitchen remodel for us that included countertops, backsplash, stone wall, sinks, faucets, and trim work. Gary is a great communicator, thorough, detail oriented, and personable. His subcontractors are fantastic. The job exceeded our expectations and we’ll do all future renovations with him. Excellent job once again!! We hired Gary over the past 3 years to remodel our master bathroom and kitchen. This time William French replaced our downstairs flooring with ceramic tile in the living and dining room, and new carpet in the master bedroom. We also had our fireplace refaced with tile and everything looks awesome!! They also replaced most of our baseboards that brightened up our 20-year old home. I'll certainly be calling Gary for our next project of replacing the upstairs flooring. Great job!!Service: Floor fitting
