Not surprised by the low rating.One of the bankers, Sandy, was to call me when my mother-in-law’s account was updated. That was a week ago. I have called the branch at least a dozen times. No one will pick up the phone, no ability to leave a message. NO FOCUS ON CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Came in to open a new account. This lady told me wait for just a couple minutes and she would be with me. But over 15 minutes on the phone, and she’s still not done. I ended up leaving. Worst customer service ever.

You can't get help without an appointment. But when you schedule the appointment, they will keep cancel it. Try another branch or use Bank of America next door for your banking needs
