Pharmacy staff must have a huge turnover. Pharmacists don't want to provide assistance when it comes to finding other avenues to save on prescriptions even when asked if they can help by looking it up on GoodRx or other software right there on their computer. That used to be a service provided in the past but now it's against company policy according to the pharmacist. CVS and Neighborhood Walmart in Flowermound continue to provide those extra services without being asked. They add syringes to medication without being asked either. Very unfortunate that Walgreens in Flowermound is heading downhill.

The workers here think that I am up to no good because I used the bathroom more than once today. Beware when trying to go there. They will watch your every move like it's a military base. It's a public bathroom meaning anyone can use it. The older Indian guy and young white girl (manager) who looks 50 have very bad attitudes.

Ranks among the worst pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with. Good thing for them that big insurance has contracted with this chain, else they’d be out of business. If you have a script called in, and it’s not some run-of-the-mill something, you need to constantly call them to ensure that a) they got the script, b) they have it in stock, c) order it if they need to, d)etc…. Basically have to do their job for them. Worst follow up and customer service ever. As their average rating is 2.6, I’m sure they don’t give a damn, or most likely won’t even read this review. As I said earlier, they have the BCBS in-network contract, so they pretty much have a captive “customer” base.

I want to give a big thank you to Devante in the Photoshop. This morning I had an issue with my printer and I was not able to print a document that I needed for children's church this morning. Devante picked up the phone when I called and reassured me that, he could help if I just came into the store. When I came into the store, for some reason, my document wasn't connecting with the kiosk. I was short on time, so Devante gave me a second option of going online and uploading what I needed. He really came in clutch today and made sure I was satisfied with each document before I left the store. Thank you Walgreens for hiring people like Devante that truly care! Please give him a big shout out because I appreciate him for being my superhero today!

I have been using this Walgreens for years and in the last 18 months the pharmacy service has declined to a point that I will switch companies. Long lead times in filling orders to wrong information being provided as to when orders will be ready. Terrible customer experience from a declining critical care provider.

I needed to make copies of several pictures and Stephanie was so helpful she took the time to walk me through the process but how she did this was Awesome! She made this a very memorable experience. So glad to Walgreens w this level of customer care.

Me and my mom went to go buy makeup and while we were shopping we felt like we were racially profiled. While debating which makeup to buy we heard an announcement on the speaker “customer service needed at the cosmetic area “ when nether of us press the button for help. As we headed to the front we saw a worker that was watching us as soon as we went to the register he left us alone. Not only did it end there but the person that check us out had a very rude demeanor as I put my number in for my cash reward he didn’t say anything just stood there looking at us I proceeded to ask if my number went through and he said yes. I asked if I can use my cash reward. He attitude gave off like he didn’t want to help us . I’m very disappointed and felt like I didn’t belong there.

I came in yesterday afternoon and went directly to the Photo Center. When I asked a man with glasses a question, he was rude, put out and definitely did not prefer to be there. The lovely lady at the front counter was a joy…but he was so rude..I left and went to CVS. I won’t be back.

Very rude and short. Asked to have a medication switched and before I could even tell them why I was calling to have it switched, a guy rudely answered that "you just need to call the new walgreens" - that's not an option for me and I know that and had he had asked the proper questions BEFORE being rude & short - he would've known that wasn't the answer I needed. This walgreens also takes much longer to fill requests. Will never return to this location again.

Called about availability of Adderall and was told that they had it in stock, when the Dr office called right back they didn’t have it. This is the closest pharmacy to our house and I will not do business there ever, I’d rather drive than be treated badly.

I think the main reason most people go to Walgreens is to get their prescriptions filled. Long gone are the days when customers would frequent this place to find much coveted, scarce items such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer (thank goodness!). Given that, you'd think that they would run a tight ship in the pharmacy, churning out prescriptions like a well oiled machine with quickness and ease. But lately it seems like there's nothing quick or easy about picking up a prescription. At this point I'd say that there's at least a 50% chance of something going awry, ranging anywhere from an inordinately long wait time to no prescription at all, or a combination of both. This hasn't always been the case though. When I first started using this pharmacy my satisfaction level was much higher. The way I remember it, hiccups were few and far between. Looking back, I definitely took for granted the efficient service I once enjoyed. Fortunately, the rest of the goods and services they offer have never been problematic. But, because I don't often go inside the store to utilize them, those carry less weight in my rating.

The drive thru pharmacy is the worst ever. slow (45+ Minute wait even when you are first in line? really) The customer service is horrible and the pharmacy people are downright rude. This branch is poorly managed with undertrained people. The service has worsened over the years. I go there only because it is close to my home - which doesn't mean much when you wait so long. Walgreens... can't you do something about your personnel here ... like fire them all and start over? please intervene. it's also inhumane when you're sick and have to wait so long.
