“Dr. Lock was wonderful with Pinecone. She gave me ideas to help with her vomiting and stress level, and Pinecone is doing better since the visit. She also gave me ideas to help our cats adjust to our newest cat, Priscilla, and we are seeing everyone a lot calmer around the house. I couldn't recommend Dr. Lock more highly.”

“Great vets here!! We have been bringing our pets here for as long as I can remember...at least 19-20 years. I trust them to always do the best with our sweet babies and believe me they do!”

“Hands down there is no better doctor than Dr. Unger. She truly cares about your fur baby and thoroughly explains everything. She has taken care of all our pets since 1989, so even before her career with VCA and Angel Veterinary. BJ, Xena, Zoe, Trixi and Bella would all say they loved her if they could talk ❤️

The vet techs and entire staff have always been very helpful and friendly as well.”

“I had to bring my sweet dog here for cremation. she passed away earlier this year. I set up an appointment online. there was availability within twenty four hours. the booking process took mere minutes (five or less). I was so pleased by how soon they could see me. I called in advance to double check that cremation was an offered service. I was helped on the phone by a young lady. she was very kind and very considerate. I came in on time for my appointment. there was no line. I was first to be seen. I gave them my information. I was added to the system. I brought my sweet dog in a carrier. I handed her over to the young lady. she let me know that I would be contacted within the week to pick up her ashes. I was so pleased with how I was treated when booking calling and arriving. my experience was less pleasant when I went to pick her up. I called before going because I was told I would be called by friday (dropped her off on monday. never got called on friday. decided to call on sunday). an older woman answered. she was not pleasant to speak with. I told her I was waiting for a cremation and told her I was supposed to be contacted two days ago. I was given no consideration for the lack of contact. Instead I was given an attitude for expecting a call even though I was told I would receive one. then I was told to continue waiting so I hung up prepared to call the next day. not even half an hour later the woman called back to say she received the ashes so I left that day. there was a long line when ai arrived. I was helped by the same woman who took my call. she was just as unfriendly in person but she quickly grabbed my dogs ashes and handed them to me. I am so eternally grateful for everything else the hospital has done for me besides this latest encounter. eternally.”
