Love the teachers here and the infrared heat is the real deal. Jo Stokes is the owner and lead instructor and she's the best in DFW...possibly the nation. Stacy has HIIT vinyasa combo classes that torch calories and change bodies. Definitely make this place you new favorite spot to catch a class even if you are just visiting. The cool towels at end of class are a blessing. What an incredible studio! You've got to try a class!

Although everyone was very nice and polite at 8:30 on Sunday, the class itself was ok. The instructor was a little all over the place with the postures and backwards with her directions, so it was hard to follow. I'm an experienced student and the names of the postures were also different and confusing. There was an unpleasant smell around the floor- could have been the cleaner but it was distracting. There are no mirrors in this studio and the floor space allowed per mat wasn't enough to spread your arms out to the side. Not sure if I'll return to check another instructor or not.

WHat a great group of people! I tried the beginner aerial yoga class a year ago and have been coming back ever since. The staff is helpful and guide you through each step of the way. Its a great work out that really just feels like play. I've never been this strong before. Give it a try, its lots of fun!

The absolutely BEST yoga gym and BEST workout of your life. I thought I didn’t like yoga until I joined urban Vybe. HITyasa is the prefect class for someone who likes to be challenged and enjoy a fast-paced workout. Once you get a taste of the yoga in that class, you will never go back. I feel so blessed to enjoy an amazing workout AND heal rather than hurt my body. I have been coming to Urban Vybe for 3 years and it’s the best part of my day.

*Sharing to Yelp since they kindly like to ignore me on Google! I'm sure this place is wonderful for the purposes it serves I see lots of happy people come and go every day. I've even been interested in taking classes here myself. However I am completely put off from the idea simply by being a neighbor of this studio. Most days of the week I am woken up either around 5:30am or 7am from loud beats and sounds against my wall from the base of their music, and the sounds of someone shouting over a microphone. If it's loud enough the beats will vibrate frames on my wall, I can clearly hear class instructions in my bed, I've even heard clear dialect from my kitchen before. Being in the hospitality industry I get home later, but attempting to get a full nights sleep is never successful. I don't ever have to wonder what their classes consist of since I can consistently hear them from the comfort of my own bed. Even after being woken up early in the morning the sound continuously gets louder and louder as the day goes on with a blatant disregard of being connected to apartments where people pay to live. The speakers in the studio sharing a wall with mine, hits a wood floor and the sound bounces off to the walls to non existent sound paneling. When their back door is kept open it's like surround sound in my bedroom. I've made multiple noise complaints and apparently I wasn't the only one, but with no avail unfortunately. I will not be renewing my lease in my apartment ONLY because if the sound of this Yoga studio is consistently loud, that is the only reason why. I feel really bad for whoever lives here next because they will not be healthy or ever feel well rested thanks to the very inconsiderate Urban Vybe Yoga Studio. Having situational awareness of your surroundings to see that you are connected to living spaces of working people is just very difficult apparently. (Yes I try to sleep with earplugs and can STILL hear and feel sound beats on my pillow.) You are too loud. Please invest in some sort of sound absorption paneling for God's sake.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. I am a hot yoga junkie and go 4x a week when at home. I work out when I travel but haven't been able to find a hot yoga studio on the road until now. This spot was awesome. I took the yoga flow class and I took their HITT-Yasa class which was a hitt style workout with yoga mixed in. Both classes were great and they had modifications and add-ons so the classes were truly for everyone. What was also really great was they had a full locker room with showers and towels and the shower was actually really nice too with a stoned floor.

I have soooo many great things to say about Urban Vybe & the community here, but first, I want to give the biggest shoutout to my instructor, Stacy! Her sessions are an absolute game-changer. If you're seeking an empowering fitness journey led by an exceptional instructor, look no further than Stacy! She designs the routines on a weekly basis, and every session has a slight variance so the workouts never feel mundane. It's an unique blend of yoga, core, strength and cardio. Personally, I sign up for all of Stacy's session as soon as the schedule comes out. What truly distinguishes Urban Vybe is the extraordinary sense of community they've cultivated. The entire team, along with fellow members, radiates warmth and inclusivity. It's like being part of a supportive community that's there to uplift one another.

So, I have gotten into the habit lately of hitting up a yoga class of some sort in the evenings after a long day at work, and before teaching my class in the early mornings. Thankfully, ClassPass has made this so much easier to switch it UP! As a part time fitness instructor with a very strong routine, I constantly find myself craving variety. This place has been on my hit list for a while and I was so happy to be able to finally go last night! And boy, am I glad I did. I tried the hot vinyasa class with Lesa and it was 60 minutes of hot and sweaty bliss. The room was packed and the VYBE was jumping! I was warmly greeted and even though I arrived a few minutes before class Lesa greeted me happily and showed me the ropes. They have towels and water/beverages for purchase. BYO yoga mat but they have those as well. The salt lamps in the studio were a beautiful touch and so were the essential oils. I parked my mat pretty close to the diffuser so I was LOVING the aromatherapy while I got my yoga on. Lesa's class was a booty kicker but she also broke it down and provided modifiers for those of us who aren't so limber but aspire to be (raises hand). Blame my tight endurance athlete hamstrings. At the end of the 60 minutes they provide you with essential oil infused cold towels. The Lakeside area is the perfect location, surrounded by luxury living as well as an abundance of retail shops. The community seems very tight knit here as well. Thankful I was able to come here and cannot wait to use my ClassPass to return for another hot class soon and very soon!!

I have been going to Urban Vybe for over a year now. My bone density scan showed improvement which I have not seen in the past couple of years despite my treatment and diet. I have never been stronger, thanks to Urban Vybe Hiityassa's instructors and Train 45 class (weight training). I love this studio and their amazing instructors.A special thanks to Stacy who inspires me and pushes me to work harder.
