1st went to the Denton loop 288 store, both of the girls at the counter were incredibly rude, I left w/o being helped because I do not tolerate b.s. went to the Highland Village store and Michelle was so incredibly accommodating. I always go to this location and never any issues. DO NOT use the Denton Texas UPS store offnof loop 288, the workers are very young, immature and disrespectful. Fix it UPS.

I went to UPS to print documents without knowing that they don’t charge money for printing. I had a lot of documents to print and employees there printed it all without charging me anything. Had a great experience, definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Michelle was so professional and friendly. She is so good that other staff goes to her for assistance. She is extraordinary at her job and she enjoys every bit of it. I visit this UPS store quite a bit for notary services - that's typically followed by immediately sending the docs off so it's perfect. Banks still have normal notaries, but of the ship centers many have either gone to virtual notary services that aren't accepted for many things or simply don't keep notaries on staff. Michelle seems like she's always here, ready to go.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that they served me to satisfaction and more. I needed to print a large number of certificates and they did it with excellence and blew my mind away with their kindness and generosity. I highly recommend that you come to this UPS store when you need UPS services of any kind. All the staff was wonderful but I would like to give an extra shout out to Michelle and Tyler.
