Karla and everyone that works here are amazing. So friendly and helpful. She also has a good variety of other things you can buy for buying and shipping gifts. I go in here several times a week and they are friendly every time.

I don't normally write reviews, but I went into this store today to ship some shirts and the two working there were so welcoming and helpful. I never expect much going into a shipping store, but their customer service just raised the bar for everyone else! :) I'll definitely be going there from now on! It's also a bonus that they use multiple carriers and can give options.

In the Box Pack & Ship is genuinely an amazing place. Excellent customer service and a great selection of supplies you will need to ship your items. They are conveniently located close and have a great selection of candles and cards for last-minute presents!

Mercy is literally the epitome of customer service! I started shipping with her in 2017 and she offers the best in shipping cost, packing and gifts. She doesn't charge extra for tape or gift tissue paper! She pays attention to detail and puts love and care into your shopping experience. I will continue to box, pack & ship with this company.
