if you ever need work on your eyebrows come to ulta and ask for caroline! she laminated, tinted and waxed my eyebrows… i was speechless. she’s amazing!

Love this store, but I went 2 weekends ago and was approached by 6 people!!! I just wanted to shop in peace. . I had plans to spend money on the luxury side, but just decided to hang around the drug store side, so I can shop in peace. Definitely wasn't able to spend as much as I'd like to or get what I wanted because I just felt so uncomfortable with the employees approching me so much and pressing me on certain brands even when I say I'm not interested.

I went to ulta today and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately! I needed A LOT of help and Pepper was amazing at her job! She helped me figured out what I needed and was super kind and knowledgeable! I’m writing this review just so I can highlight Pepper’s customer service! 100/10

My daughter and I love shopping here. The store offers something for everyone, with a large and well stocked assortment of brands. More importantly, the service is great. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Seili, who helped us today. I appreciate her patience and kindness.

I haven't shopped in store in months. I came in to get a few recommendations on some product changes and Angela was an angel. She gave me great advice and got me on a few new things to try. I appreciate all her help and she should be recognized for being so great!

I am very happy with how Cynthia Wayne did my hair, she took the time to go over what I wanted , explained every step , how the processes worked.

I love coming to get my hair done at Ulta! Hairstylist MiMi always does a great job, and she takes her time making sure she cuts exactly how I envision. I always leave feeling and looking amazing!

Kim was incredible and extremely fast. I was very surprised. And she was super patient, I arrived late. But she did not get upset and still washed, dried and curled my super long hair within 40min.Lauren was also great and very friendly. She did a really good job with my makeup.
