This is a great place to shop. I have purchased a weapon and ammunition and have had work done on a couple of weapons by the gunsmith. Quality experience every time. I question the source when someone rants to that extreme, but the 1st amendment protects him to express his views.

DON'T SHOP HERE! 1st They lost my Glock for about two weeks, said it was shipped out for service, actually it was misplaced in their safe. 2nd Went in today to make a couple of purchases and the ammo price was mismarked, they would not honor the price on the product. 3rd when management called me back they said I had never purchased a firearm from them before. Also that I've only spent about $200 in the store. Not accurate. I bought a s&w 637 that they don't have a record of, but I do some how? Deceptive business practices, inaccurate record keeping, lack of management in store. I will tell the other men that I know shop there to cease business with them immediately. Furthermore I know I'm angry about this. But for them to insinuate that I need to "talk to someone", well that crossed the damn line.

I recently had a scope mounted by Erik. He allowed me to watch him work and explained everything that he was doing. He did a great job and I will definitely bring other matters to him. I've been doing business with this store for a few years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this store.

As a first time buyer, this was the perfect shop. While waiting for my background check, I had the opportunity to talk with every gentleman there, and I cannot say enough about how courteous they were. Highly recommend to anyone into firearms come here, great prices and selection.

I believe in doing a job and being the best at it.Recently I took my Rossi 92 in to have it slicked up and peep sight installed.All I can say is wow. It took some time but I knew that when I dropped it off. To me, that is a good sign. It means they are busy. Both times, drop off and pick up, the other customers were regulars. The customer service and interaction I observed was great. Just like the service I received.They have a pretty fair selection of firearms new and used. Didn’t see any junk. Class a business and service. Triumph will be my plan A for anything I need worked on or any advice.Thanks Triumph!

Absolutely spectacular shop. I’m fairly new to weaponry, and coming into the store i said “i really don’t know much but i want a lower” and boy did these guys (Robert, Max, Matt & Jerry) not only help me, but they took the time to teach me also (in a not condescending way!). I will 100% be returning here and referring my friends. I feel happy with my purchase, and i feel WAY more knowledgeable also. 10/10

Decided to try this place for the 1st time. Left my shotgun for an ejection problem. Explained that I needed it in a month for a out of state hunt. Called 2 weeks later to be told they hadn't looked at it. Was promised it would be worked on the following Tues and someone would call with an update. Called on Thurs and was told "more important" customers had to be worked on first. If the expectation was set originally that gunsmithing took a month, that would be one thing. These folks lied, won't be back.

I have purchased multiple items here. Erik, one of the gunsmiths, is a wonderful source of knowledge. The quality of work here is excellent. Multiple staff members are in various competitions. This is a full service stop for parts, optics, full new or used selection, with Cerakote certified services.You can't beat the experience and friendly service of this store anywhere else.

Been coming here since a little after they opened and have always had a great experience between gunsmithing, purchasing guns, or just coming to have a chat while just looking around. I recently needed a upper built for a new build I'm putting together and one of their gunsmiths Erik helped me put the upper together, he walked me though how to put everything together and what kind of product he recommended for grease and oils. Overall love this place and always have a great time when I stop in.
