“Our old reliable 2000 Ford Expedition finally decided to have a problem and after consulting a couple of local friends we ended up having her towed to Lorentz in Lewisville....They replaced the serpentine belt and turned her up...They also fixed a couple of minor things we had put on the back burner...Everyone was so gosh darn nice and SO knowledgeable...Kept us informed and we were in and out !!!!....Fairly priced...We will be back and tell others about our experience for sure !!!!!......Charlie and Debbie”

“I had them look at my Jeep on 08/06/2024 because a different mechanic told me there were issues with my engine and the only solution was to buy expensive replacement parts. But, when Jeremy called, he said they drove and inspected it and didn't find find anything wrong. I'm not a mechanic, so it would have been easy for him to tell me I needed unnecessary work so they could make money off me, but they were honest instead. I offered to pay for their time, and he even refused that. Their website says they believe in honesty, integrity, and professionalism and they proved that to me.”

“Tow N Go was my savior tonight! I experienced a complete tire blowout in the left lane on the highway, then discovered my spare was not safe to drive on. I tried using AAA; they provided an ETA of 1.5 hours, then never showed. I called Tow N Go, and they rushed out to me as quickly as they could. They went above and beyond to find my car (I was in a hard-to-describe location), and they had fantastic customer service the entire time!
