I normally do not give negative reviews on what people are trying to build. In this case, it involves lives of children and babies who can not speak or express themselves. That's why I'm doing this for them.1. The environment is very poor. The classrooms are unkempt, stings they leave all the dirty diapers with AC on, doors closed.2. They leave toys on the floor which can course trip and fall, liquids on the floor sometimes.3. And lastly, some of the staff are very unfriendly with the kids. I would suggest you don't apply for a job you don't like. Working with kids can be very hard so it takes passion, empathy and kindness to be able to work with them. I have my child over there, and i can't wait for her to get out for school. As much as some are unfriendly, I must commend miss Victoria, and miss Zakia.

The director Crystal is amazing and is the only reason we have our son here. She always has a smile and is so kind.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience here! My son is an infant room and Miss Andrea as well as all of the infant teachers, assistants, and directors are amazing! After a bad experience at another daycare, I was scared to try a new one but I’m thankful I trusted this one. They communicate very well and I get lots of updates throughout the day, with lots of pictures of my smiling baby. It’s a relief knowing he’s being well cared for, he’s safe, and happy.

I love this school! I have a 3 yr old and 4 yr old and they look forward to going to school every day. The teachers truly care about the kids and the staff are very professional. I’m amazed at all of the cool things my children are learning and getting exposed to. I feel that they are doing an excellent job of preparing my oldest for kindergarten. I just cannot say enough good things about this school. Very pleased.

My son only went here for about two weeks. He was in infant B room. Danielle is the head teacher and she was very horrible. I do not recommend anyone taking their child here. Crystal was not helpful nor was she even good at her job. Communication is terrible. I had many concerns with Danielle handling my 8 month old son. She would be extremely rough and aggressive. I came to Crystal with the concern about Danielle handling my son by his shoulders. Which my son wasn't the only infant she would do that to either. It was all. She never greeted us it was never a welcoming environment. There was two separate times that my son has come home with scratches. The first time, there was a baby and my son and the baby was pulling my sons hair so hard he was screaming. His face was so red and yet it took for me to have to message the teachers to separate them. And even after, they separated them they took the other baby and left my son on the floor crying. Didn’t soothe him nor check if he was okay. I am highly upset on everything how the situation was handled. There was no reassurance about my son. And they pretty much put the blame on me as if I was overreacting. They said " sometimes it looks different on video then in person." At that point I knew that Children's Courtyard will never accept responsibility. They are terrible and for the safety of your child(ren) DO NOT GO HERE.

We love this facility for our 3yr old and for our 6yr old for summers and breaks. The teachers are caring and when any concerns have arisen Ms. Lauren, the director, addressed them swiftly and appropriately. We moved two years ago to Flower Mound from the Chicago area and I’m grateful that we found the right place for us on our first visit!

I adore this school and all of the teachers and staff. I have had so many great experiences from drop off, to pick up, and all the activities in between. All the teachers know both my children by name and treat them like they would treat their own children. My girls love being there, and I feel comfortable dropping them off each morning. I know they are safe and happy. BIG PLUS...daily updates with pictures and a camera in each classroom to peek in throughout the day! They go above an beyond to help make the kids feel welcome. Ms. Lauren the director is amazing and so helpful, Ms. Crystal and Ms. Tessa the asst. directors are just as great. My kiddos teachers Ms. LaTonja in PreK and Ms. Talia in EPS, I could go on and on about. I can not say enough positives about our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for more than just a daycare, more than just a school...it's a loving environment for growth.~Christina G.

We absolutely love this school for our daughter. She loves her teachers, friends and all the activities she gets to do. We love how personal they are with our family and the curriculum they have for our little one, she has learned so much! We even bring our school age kids here when they are out of school and they are always excited to go.

My wife Tiffany D had posted on here just a few months back on how great this place was and they were then. Things have turned that to not being a great place after we came home and found a handprint on our sons leg. We would never have thought that a place in such a good neighborhood with what we thought were safe and trusting staff would have him coming home like this. Right when we found it my wife called and reported this as they told her in the morning the following day to take him to the pediatrics. We took him and they confirmed this was an adult handprint. After this she was so distraught and just completely enraged as it was very hard to hold emotions in and handle this the right way but we have. We went straight to flower mound PD and placed a report and even have been working with them along side with meeting CPS since they are investigating. Well now my wife had a call from another CPS stating that now we have allegations towards us as this is completely absurd. I am completely appalled, shocked, disappointed, sad and just very stressed out. Since someone doesn’t know the proper way to handle a 6 month old baby now my family and I that strive to do everything right by our kids and family have to deal with CPS. Not to mention our son came home bruised and this has brought on just a lot of sad emotions and just feeling vulnerable in a situation that we couldn’t control. It’s like our worst fear of putting him in someone else’s care has happened and now they want to try to ask us as if we are the ones. Not to mention Christmas is next weekend. Well merry Christmas and thanks Lauren for all the wonderful wishes. I will be now having to go other routes to handle this situation. I STRONGLY WARN TO NOT GO HERE

this school is by far the best school i have ever enrolled my children in. i have a 5 year old and a newborn. we just had a baby back in june and i was needing to get back to work when he was 8 weeks. i was sooooo nervous of putting him somewhere how would they treat him? would they let him cry? is he gonna be neglected because there are a lot of baby? will he be taken care of well? will my baby BEE OKAY LOL! well he is and they made sure all my questions were answered and the best part is the camera system i can log in anytime and see them. not only that they have an app that updates me on when he eats, sleeps, diaper changes, and they send pictures and videos through out the day of fun activities they both were doing. they planned fun field trips that were great and educational as well which most schools dont do as many of the activities that they offer. i can truly say that they treat my kids just as if they were their own. they also will bring my baby boy over to his big sister during the day to see each other or when he was fussy to calm him down. I could just go on and on and on but they are truly an amazing i would give them 1 million stars!

My daughter loves her preschool class and Ms. Lauren. She has made so many friends and loves going to school everyday. Sometimes she even cries on the weekend because she cannot go to school. She takes a computer class too at the school and is doing so well using a computer. I couldn't be happier with her experience.
