Bret and his team did a fantastic job for us. We were buying from out of state, and he helped us find an area in the DFW that was a great fit for our family. He helped us navigate the challenges of getting an offer accepted in this crazy market and from out of state and was incredibly patient with us as we made some late decisions to change direction. Once we decided on a house and the offer was accepted, he continued to ensure the closing process went smoothly, and his transition team and Phillip Wagner with First Bank did a great job with our loan origination. I never thought this process could be so smooth!

This was the second time we worked with Bret and Molly and I can honestly say we were happy with both transactions. We decided during the pandemic to sell our current home and build a new home, we didn’t know where to start. Bret took charge and guided us through the process. He was able to sell our current home with one day of showings and get a lease back that allowed us to remain in our home until our new home was completed. He also helped guide us through the building process, from locating the perfect neighborhood and the builder that best fit what we were looking to build. He always provided us with updates and anytime we had questions he was very quick to respond.

Bret is an amazing realtor. I am so happy I made the right choice in selecting him when I needed to sell my home. He sold the home in 4 days with multiple offers! Working with him was so easy and he always answered my calls and never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. His staff, especially Diane are beyond superb! She was so patient with my days I was beginning to stress out. The total experience was fantastic.
