Shopping experience was great, found exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was on time with ample notification. The delivery people were professional, courteous and cooperative in making sure furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it. Recommend them and will use again.

Worst customer service ever! Purchased a custom Mayo sectional on 05/29/2020 along with their joke of a warranty. The warranty was supposed to cover "everything that could happen to the sofa", it covers nothing. Immediately, we noticed that there were gaps in the cushions. They were so bad that I had to roll up a towel and put it in the back corner of the cushions. After about 3 months the velcro started to tear the fabric that attached the cushions to the sofa. After repeated calls and run around, they sent someone out that told me the gaps between the cushions were normal and that we shouldn't sit in between the cushions but directly in the middle of each cushion. They also said that the ripped backing was normal wear and tear... but they had a great furniture repairman that they could recommend. After that I gave up. This has been the WORST furniture purchase I have ever made! I will never shop at Stacy and will never buy another Mayo product again!!

Sad to leave a negative review, but we were disappointed with our experience, and unfortunately, they wouldn't make the situation right. Within a month of buying our couch the pilling was worse than I've ever seen - so bad it's uncomfortable to sit on and embarrassing when we have people over. We tried everything, but it's impossible to get rid of. We have no pets or kids, so there wasn't any external cause. The management was curt, didn't respond to emails, and eventually had someone leave a voicemail telling us it wasn't covered in our warranty. We would never have bought the couch had we known this would happen.

We had a really good experience working with James "Tucker" Sims at Stacey Furniture. We needed a new loveseat and a dining room set and Tucker helped us get just what we needed at a great price!

Never Ever Ever Ever shop here. Rick Stacy... the man himself argued toe to toe with my 80 year old grandmother about covering the shipping on her warranty claim. Rick said, "We use a third party shipping company, so someone has to pay them!" She was shaking with anger and stress by the end of it. He finally agreed to split it with her. I will NEVER buy from this POS, and I tell everyone I can to stay away. My grandmother has since passed, but that memory will never leave me. Rick Stacy is pure trash in my mind.

They actually had a pretty decent selection of items. Obviously some were floor models in one of the main Stacy locations, so they aren't perfect, but I didn't see anything that was broken, busted, or obviously damaged, which is what one usually sees at furniture outlets imo. We found a gorgeous desk at an unbelievable price and a small set of drawers to go with it. Got a free piece of art since our purchase was over $1000 and arranged for delivery of the desk. Delivery is only $50! We had no issue with no one greeting us, as this isn't that kind of location. Once we found what we wanted, the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive in getting us checked out and getting the piece we took home wrapped and in our car. We would definitely shop here again.

Left a voicemail and never got a call back. Went into the store and was able to freely shop. I appreciate being able to shop without being followed by a sales person.
