I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time Sara the sales associate went up and above her duties. They didn’t have a pair of shoes in stock and Sara went into her computer and hunted down a pair in NJ. She was going to ship them to my house and take care of all the shipping costs. I did try one more pair on before she shipped them and found a pair in the store that I liked. Anyway, Sara made my day! Thanks Sara!!

Wanted a pair of the new Skechers. Bought sandals too. The new slip- on are for light walking. THEY WERE GREAT FOR THE AIRPORT! Not for a workout or all day standing or long walking days.

Customer service was good at this location. What I like about skechers is you can dress them up or just be casual. They also look cute on my feet they don't look big and bulky like other sneakers.

So I went to this location because one it opened at 9 AM (the one in Denton didn't open until 10AM), and it was on my way to Costco. Anyways I came in with a box of 4 pairs of shoes that I had ordered online and needed to return and exchange for a different size shoe. Also it didn't help that I ordered mens sizes. Well Tracey (the lady who helped me) was very kind, patient and attentive. Not only was she very friendly she was so helpful with showing me different shoes and having me try on a variety until I found a pair that fit (I am st felt like Cinderella ?) I ended up purchasing 2 pair. I would definitely go back to this location and recommend it to family and friends. She was also very informative. 02/17/2024 Any who thank you for the excellent service!
