I went into Sephora a few days ago a little nervous as I rarely use make up and needed a complete set of everything including being color matched for a really big event I was attending.
Not too many customers in the store and Sam was moving from Person to person. I told her I needed to be color matched. She asked me a few questions on skin type and skin care and BAM first one she picked was a perfect match.
She took the time to help me pick Everything I needed…. Took the time to explain what the product was and why she recommended it. Explained the return policy. She was very helpful and amazing.
Just wanted to say thankyou to Sam and I got tons of compliments at the event.

Meh. I use to like Kohl's.
Now they are like a retail department store that are in the malls.
Prices are not competitive.

Poor customer service at Sephora at Kohl’s in flower mound ! Ladies are rude and don’t know what they are doing !My sister took my daughter and let her pick out some things at Sephora she picked out a cream but when she got home she noticed it was a refill instead of the bottle..I took her to go exchange it the ladies there said we need a receipt I told them it was a gift can I try putting her email in to look it up tried that they said nope it’s not going to work need a receipt! So I went and got it from my sister my husband ended up taking my daughter to go exchange it when she came back to the car my husband said she was in tears that they told her idk why you keep coming back when you know we can’t exchange it !!!! They also took her present and put the money back on my sisters card instead of exchanging it or giving her a gift card so she had nothing now ! Instead of them telling me that it would be a little more money to pay the difference they made us think they would exchange it and hurry and go get the receipt like we did they took it back and put the money back on my sisters card !!!! Horrible customer service and rude will never shop there !

This is for Aiesha and the Sephora, a Department. She was so sweet and helpful, completely changed my idea of coming back. Last time I came to this location. I asked the lady where a product was, ciccapair, and she said y’all don’t carry it and I turned around and saw it right behind me. I decided to let her know that yall do you have it in case somebody else asked for it, and she said yeah you called it by a different name. She said it’s Dr. Jhart, duh I did but it’s the same thing and she should have known that. She was actually rude about it. Only reason I came back is because I needed something and other saphoras were closed. Aiesha was very helpful and accommodating even though once again, y’all are out of some thing I was looking for. She was very sweet and helpful .

The ladies that work at this location are great!They ask if you need help, they help you try on make and find matches and then even remind you to put all your info in to get your points for Sephora and kohls.

I had a great customer service from Sam at Sephora in Kohl's! She's really personable and helpful. We had great conversations about skincare and ingredients and how we both love The Ordinary and Inkey List. She's the first Sephora sales person I've met who's so down to earth and not pretentious. She doesn't recommend things which are too expensive just for the sake of it. So thumbs up Sam!! She's also very courteous with my little one. You got me loving shopping at Sephora again! I'll be back.
