Terri was amazing to work with. She saved me on my insurance and took the time to go through everything line item by line item. I used to have State Farm many years ago and after my agent left I went to another company. Now that I have Terri to work with I feel like I am in good hands. She was so patient with my phone issues while trying to get everything together. Super responsive as well!

Excellent service must be recognized and I want to recognize the office of Ruth Shannon's State Farm agency. Recently, our property premium increased due to the high level of risk in Texas. When I called to see how the premium could be reduced, Eric Barnes in Ruth's office took the time and initiative to conduct a thorough analysis of how our premium could be reduced. And this is not the first time that Eric acts diligently on our behalf. State Farm is an excellent insurance company and people like Eric keep it that way! Thank you!

Terri from Ruth Shannon State Farm has been absolutely amazing! I am a first time car buyer with very little driving/insurance history and Terri helped me get insurance at a rate that was 50% less than what I was paying a competing insurance company. She is prompt with responding and stays on top of any requests I have concerning my policy. I highly recommend them! ?
