Great service! Had an emergency and my phone had died, the staff there were very helpful to aid my situation and providing quick solutions. They were also very friendly while waiting.

It was clean and the employees were friendly and inviting. QT is always a great place to stop for gas, coffee, some quick snacks, and sodas.

Sadly even.pour customer service hits QT my favorite place. Typically the best customer service fails sometimes and tonight I asked for a donut out of the cases that had been delivered. It was usually not a problem, but tonight, it was not even a consideration. I understand checking them in, but it was just the way it was handled tonight. Typically, it simply is, just give us a minute, and we will accommodate, but tonight, with no one in the store, it was maybe 40 minutes from now. It is so simple to accommodate a single donut. No longer visiting this location going back to 170 and 377 for the best customer service

Very rude. She couldn’t figure out how to enter my gift card and kept blaming it on me. Then she told me to move so she could keep checking out other guests.

They are always so efficient. No, waiting in line. The employee was very friendly and polite. Always clean bathrooms! A employee was power washing the parking lot yesterday.Trash Cans are never running over or trash all over the parking lot. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you l- This qt has the best hiring manager out there! Everyone is super helpful and friendly but Rachel is an absolute hero. I had just got off work when my tire popped and somehow i hobbled my way into the qt parking lot and at first i had just thought i needed air so i went inside to get quarters but she directed me to the free air pump. After that didn't work i went back inside and asked if anyone knew how to change a tire. Almost immediately Rachel came back over to help me outside in the 50° weather and got my donut tire on in no time! Her positivity and kindness goes beyond customer service expectations and if your reading this girl, i still cannot thank you enough!! Faith in humanity restored.

We got here , and we tried to order a pizza promotion on the app we were denied, Claiming they didn’t have any pizza crust. Then I tried to order a sub , they didn’t have any bread either ! . I finally settled for a wrap which was underwhelming. Kitchen was dirty and the person in there had a bad attitude. Avoid coming here at night for a late night eat.

I come to this location for gas in morning for work truck.. And other products I may need for day. I like this store because they hire great employees who don't bring there problems to work.. Corey always has a positive additude when I come in and always making people us customers have a better day just from the Way we get treated at this location..
