The lab tech that took my blood was fantastic! Very kind and got it done quickly. The needle didn't even hurt that much. She had a great, positive attitude. Give her a raise! My experience has always been positive at the Quest at Tom Thumb Flower Mound TX. When you make an appt. there is no wait!

The doctor's orders were unclear and the technician called multiple times until she reached the office and worked hard to make sure the tests that the doctor wanted were the ones she performed. She was very professional and when she did take the blood she was quick, efficient and obviously very skilled. I hope word gets back to her and her superiors.

This location is so convenient and I only wait a few minutes even as a walk-in customer. The phlebotomists are professional and friendly. Highly recommend

Keeta is the best. She always puts you at ease and she does a painless blood draw every time. My veins are deep and so many times I’ve experienced other techs needing multiple attempts to draw my blood, but Keeta is extremely good at what she does and quickly and easily completes the blood draw on the first attempt. Thank you, Keeta!

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We needed lab test results for a school exam and they would explain the process properly on which test to get a doctor's approval for. Then we called our doctors office and had our lab order faxed to them. They needed clarification but would not provide a direct number for the doctor to call initially. After asking multiple times, they finally provided it. Then the phlebotomist kept harassing us saying "she needed to take her lunch break" as if we are stopping her from doing that. She repeated this multiple times and made us feel unwelcome. The whole experience was unpleasant and we hated being there. I hope I never have to get labwork done here.
