The lab tech that took my blood was fantastic! Very kind and got it done quickly. The needle didn't even hurt that much. She had a great, positive attitude. Give her a raise! My experience has always been positive at the Quest at Tom Thumb Flower Mound TX. When you make an appt. there is no wait!

All staff were respectful and kind during my interactions. My tech was extremely good with a blood (6 tubes) draw - no pain at all plus a quick process and I was on my way.
