Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. I set an appointment for 4pm. Walked in at 3:50 and checked in and within a few minutes they were calling me back. It might be different at other times of the day, but I would say make sure to set an appointment before, as it does seem to be faster service this way.

This Quest site is well staffed, on time and very skilled. I would recommend them to anyone needing lab drawn.

The Lady in room 1 was a little aggressive to me during my visit on Wednesday. I did asked her if she had any problem with me. I was extremely polite to her in all of my responses, not sure why she acted to me that way. It can be 2 things, either she was tired for the day or my skin color.

I had an appointment. I left the building, finished with my blood draws, ten minutes after I entered. Very efficient!

I found my visit to be awesome. The phlebotomist was professional and very good at retrieving my blood.I was in and out and able to get on with my day. Quest has a professional staff that is empathetic and efficient.

1) on a prior visit I asked if I could check my weight on a scale that was in the examining room. My request was declined because I had to have a “doctor”s order”!
2) on a recent visit I had a pre-confirmed appointment. They texted me a link to check in when I arrived. I did so but their system was messed up. My appointment was cancelled because I was “late”. I wasted another half hour after I was placed on standby.

I don’t know why are employees at Quest so rude . Lady named Laura is super rude and have very smart mouth the way she responds to people .

I had a terrible experience here with an employee named Laura who works in room six. I’m sure that I’m not the first one to complain about her. We asked for a simple accommodations which she did not follow and said she forgot. She was extremely rude extremely rude and I left her a bad survey through their internal system. On my next visit a week later I had an appointment at 4:10 PM and they were having trouble finding the orders for the blood draw from the doctors. I had to call the dr office who said they would immediately fax the order in. Laura who is not even doing my blood draw comes out to tell me the fax takes too long and I’ll have to come back another day. She also states she is the site lead. I think someone needs to go back through patient care training and learn how to treat patients a little more kindly.
