Our pump was leaking and Doug took great care of us. We called another pool company in Flower Mound (Clear Choice) and the prices they quoted us were ridiculously high, not fair or even reasonable. Thanks Doug for your great work!

I’ve been using Pool Care Specialists for weekly maintenance on my pool and spa, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Recently, they installed a cutting-edge poolside tech system that automates all my pool themes and routines, making everything super convenient. They also upgraded my setup with a PAL LED lighting system that syncs perfectly with my automation system and even connects to my Spotify music. The result has been incredible, and I’ve received numerous compliments on the system, even from a competitor!

Dealing with this company was kind of odd. They came out and gave me a quote which I accepted, returned after ordering parts and installed but the fix did not work. No problem they were able to return the parts. They charge for labor which I have no problem with but the invoice randomly showed up in my inbox like a month after. Also never really said how much it would be which was strange to me.

Doug from this company gave me a quote. I got the work done. Pool stopped working and then never returned my calls. I texted 10 times to give me receipt no response. Better stay away

Pool Care Specialists did a phenomenal job!! Provided exceptional service and were very professional. Even answered all my nagging questions given that I had never dealt with pool lights. It was a tough job replacing the pool lights, which never worked since we moved in and probably hadn't been replaced for over 10yrs. It was missed during inspection when purchasing house, lesson learnt. I am located in Flower Mound and cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and reach out for a quote if you are in the market for any pool needs. I look forward to enjoying the pool at night, thank you!!

We called Doug in a panic when our pool was filled with algae and was green. Doug came out same day for a quote and Blake started working on the pool the same day! Blake worked on the pool for two day and it looks brand new again! They truly went above and beyond and I am so thankful for them! They were thorough, professional and very knowledgeable! Wasn't satisfied with them. I don't have any problems paying the price for labor, but I found them to hike the price of parts by 3 times. Doug also wouldn't put in the parts if you had purchased it on your own.
