The folks here are so knowledgeable. I came in to check out the prices for Marine Starting and Deep Cycle batteries. I had questions about AGM batteries as far as charging, and the fellow there knew all about them. I go here exclusively for my auto cleaning supplies. Always satisfied with the selection, service, and the general atmosphere of the store. Pleasant place to be if you're a car guy or a boat guy like myself.

HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. STORE MANAGER WAS RACIST AND WAS NO HELP. Crazy that it’s 2023 and we still have to deal with these issues today. I advise no one to go to this location, by all means go anywhere else unless you have a legal team and you’re ready to sue. This establishment is an embarrassment of a company, interrogating me just for a return. As soon as the weekend past, I’m calling corporate immediately. For a store manager to belittle someone who knows nothing about cars, is highly inappropriate. Horrible customer service, I’ve already filed my complaint with corporate. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

After shopping here since 2006, I just had my first bad experience. I purchased a mower battery in April. It’s now September of the same year and the battery has gone bad. Since the warranty was only good for three months, O’Reilly would make no accommodation for selling a bad product. I understand that the warranty is only for three months but when you sell a bad product, there should be some accommodations made.After making this post, O’Reilly corporate reached out to me and offered one-third of the battery’s original value. I declined. A product that should have lasted three years and instead lasted 5 months should be unacceptable to any seller. Sadly, another example of corporations not standing by substandard products.

I ordered a brake caliper online for my 2018 f-150 and when it showed up it didn’t match so I took it back to the store. And explained my problem the young lady who was helping me suggested a 2017 caliper. As she knew that if mine was a early build they still using old model parts till they runout. And it worked.. still had to take truck to ford for a brake computer reboot. ??this oreilly is alway my first call
